Once the Teffont callback made a positive contact the whole transaction was dealt with immediatley. The engineer called the same day and all was completed to my complete satisfaction. I am absolutley delighted. The Teffont caller, Ian, was prompt and most efficient, polite and did all to help. Well done, Teffont. It might help to remember that the £99 charge includes an hour's work by the engineer, plus the call-out charge. I will return if problems arise again!

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have had over my Brother Laser printer. I have spent ages and money trying to get it mended and had almost given up when I discovered Teffont. From there on it was friendly service, easy access and very knowledgeable service engineers. It was returned to me personally and is in such a good condition that I wonder if it is really a new one. From the initial booking with the very helpful Kerri part of the office staff, to the Rob the technician that came to sort the problem.
I can only describe the service as seamless,organised and helpful. From the emails (with a phone number in case I had a very specific or difficult problem) to the booking time and date to suit my business.
The Technician was friendly experienced and very quick and neat.
He diagnosed the problem within a short time, stripped the machine and cleared the fault skilfully.
He gave me advice to avoid similar problems in the future
He finished up by testing the machine to ensure that the machine was working perfectly once again
Totally recommend Rob to any company.

I appreciated that the engineer arrived on time and was professional in informing me that my HP color laser printer required spare parts for repair.
However, I was disappointed to learn that the printer could not be fixed during the visit unless the spare parts were replaced. The total cost for the engineer's 1st visit (£89+VAT), the spare parts (£193+VAT), and the printer return (£49+VAT) amounted to £331+VAT, which was almost enough to buy a new machine of equivalent quality.
I had provided Teffont with detailed information about the printer model, error code, and the cause of the issue when I first reported the problem. I assumed that the engineer would be able to fix the printer during the visit.
If not, I wondered what the purpose of the visit was, as the engineer only checked the printer and informed me about the high cost of spare parts.
If Teffont had quoted me the price range for the spare parts before the first visit, I would have had a better idea of the potential cost of the repair. I had assumed that the repair was not complicated, but it turned out to be more expensive than expected.
Overall, I spent £89+VAT for the engineer's visit, but nothing was fixed. And I sent the email request for a partial refund, but no reply.
I am totally disappointed with the outcome and the unexpected cost of the "repair".
Paul, the Engineer, came in install our new Printer. He was knowledgeable, conscientious and very patient. He is an asset, and credit, to the business. From our first contact with Ian at Teffont, we have been provided with excellent customer service which you can't put a price on! Keep up the good work

I asked Teffont to fix a problem with a Xerox printer that had defeated me. I was very impressed indeed with the service. Their engineer arrived on time, solved the problem quickly and without fuss and, as a bonus, upgraded the printer firmware and resolved some niggling issues with settings. Genuinely some of the best tech support I've had.

Very poor communication. Self contradictory advice. Unlike their website claims, very narrow range of capabilities. Frustrating time wasters, self-serving. - - Following a very polite reply from Teffont (below) I am obliged to say, it comes after several weeks they tried, repeatedly, to have my review removed as false, denying my interaction with them, and slamming the phone down on me in a rage. Until it was marked as Verified by Trustpilot. Emails show the truth. Trustpilot have seen the emails.

I ordered printer roller over the phone but received the wrong roller they agreed to refund and told me that their engineer will collect the roller they sent. After one and half month now no refund or collection. Sent many email reminders and calls.
Matter resolved and got the refund now.

My dealings with Teffont were conducted very professionally by both the sales staff and the engineer who visited on site. The engineer resolved all my issues and ended up fixing more issues than I had engaged him to address. It exceeded my expectations and totally justified the service costs.

Just wanted to thank Kerri and Teffont so much for the excellent service they provided.
Steve (engineer) called ahead and arrived as advised on a set morning, and did a super job on my printer which is now running smoothly again.
It is so refreshing to find a company for whom repairing and maintaining equipment, that others would tell you to throw away and buy new, is not surprising and not a problem. Service from the first online contact, to receiving the required part and setting up an engineer visit was fuss-free and really quick, for which I am very grateful.
I will certainly recommend Teffont to family, friends and colleagues.

My Samsung laser printer would print from laptop and iPhone but would only copy half a page. I rang this company which was not local and an engineer Lee came 2 days later. He diagnosed the fault and parts were ordered. They arrive a couple days later and Lee made a return visit to fit parts and everything was working perfectly. This company is reliable quick and efficient. Lee the engineer was exceptional. I can not praise this company too highly I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service from a very professional company!
Had issues with an Oki A3 printer - unfortunately we had an engineer in from another company prior to this, who managed to leave the printer with a part incorrectly fitted causing other issues!!! However the lovely Rob from Teffont got it up and running ,having undone what the previous guy had done and correcting the original problem - lessen learnt only go to the professionals- would hesitate to recommend
