After getting nowhere with my printer manufacturer, Teffont were a breath of fresh air. Responsive and fast. Friendly too. Pricing fair. Will be my go to from now on.

I have had nothing but great service from Teffont. I moved to Teffont for all our printer services after our origional printer repair chap unfortunately passed away. I have had great service from Ian Hodgson, Kerri Wall and their engineers have always been spot on. In my previous workplace they serviced roughly 30 printers, 1 of them which was serviced regualy we managed to get just over 1 Million prints from it.
They are a very friendly bunch of people and very competative with their pricing. After dealing with Teffont for the past nearly 6 years i have brought them to my new work place because i trust their work. Its not always about how cheap a supplier are, i am willing to spend the extra to deal with such a great company like Teffont.

My Samsung Xpress C480W had a paper jam and Toner fault and misfunctioned. I phoned Teffont and got a very quick response. Had to pay a call out charge upfront but had an excellent engineer turn up at my home very quickly. Paul was very courteous and had to take my machine apart to solve the problem. He then cleaned and serviced my printer and left it working perfectly and looking like new. Excellent service throughout and would recommend them to anyone who has a printer problem.

Prompt response from Sales Support, Kerri Wall, to my initial email query concerning printer problems, giving helpful advice in a reassuring manner, arranging very quickly an on site appointment and all by email. Engineer Gary Watson was impressively knowledgable and extremely helpful. He discussed, and negated, the advice received from the printer seller, much to my relief, and then set about sorting out the problems caused by being sold inefficient and faulty toner cartridges. Brilliant! Thank you so much Teffont!

Had a problem on my machine Monday an OKI printer. Looked online for someone to fix it. Came across Teffont. Sent an e.mail early doors, just after nine got a reply, booked an appointment. Engineer Paul turn up Tuesday, serviced the machine ordered 3 new parts which arrived a couple of days later came back and put them on. Excellent service. Would recommend them to anyone with an OKI machine.

First rate service from Kerri Wall who was most helpful and reactive to the issue I presented to her. Her charming and polite manner made arranging the administrative requirement to effect the repair very easy. The response and organisation was spot on.
Darren Newman the engineer was delightful, interesting and efficient, arrived on time, made the repair look easy and was most helpful.
I will recommend and use Teffont again without doubt.

My issue was with a home printer and I wasn't sure how a mostly B2B firm would handle that. I needn't have worried. Kerri in customer service and Paul the engineer were both friendly, professional and helpful. I got a clear quote and good service throughout, with a very fast turnaround for an ad-hoc visit. With only one printer I hope I don't need an engineer again soon but if I do I know where to get one. Thanks

An engineer arrived within 4 hours of my telephoning the company. He did a good job with a printer that was crinkling the paper which was what I called up about. He then fixed the duplex which had never worked and now does. He also spotted that the print outs were slightly skewed and he fixed that as well.
As he left I said "you have improved my life no end.".

When our office printer stopped working giving an error message we searched for a service engineer. Having located a company called Teffont I telephoned them to find out more. The call was answered by Kerri who asked a few questions then said she would get back to me, a short while later I had a quote and a rough time scale which I agreed. The part was ordered and delivered to our office by DHL and the machine was up and running within four working days. Both Kerri and Louise kept me informed though out and the engineer Rob Barnes was excellent. As a repair service provider this team took control and left me to get on with my job. Excellent customer service would highly recommend Teffont if your printer is in need of repair.

My Oki Printer C834 had a fault message stating the the Fuser Unit had failed.
Contacted Kerri Wall at Teffont. She was able to help and quickly priced the repair. Through no fault of Teffont, there were no spare parts in the UK. the part was ordered, but due to port delays, to a while to arrive. I contacted Kerri, once it arrived. She then contacted a service engineer, Darren Ireson, who within a day contacted me and fitted the part. Whilst there he did a service and review. Both Darren and Kerri were very professional and helpful

One of the really irritating things about buying high end home office copier printers is that manufacturers stop holding spares long before the machines wear out. Teffont, unlike another local repair shop, actually managed to find a second hand fuser for my Brother MFC 8860DN and installed it on site very efficiently and effectively for far less than the cost of an equivalent machine.

We were having issues with our Xerox printer and was not sure who to contact. I found Teffont and contacted them via email. They responded very quickly, and Ian was excellent at quickly explaining rates and setting up an appointment.
Literally the next day, Steve the engineer arrived and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the different issues with the machine with the benefit of his 20+ years of experience. Not only that, but had everything back up and running better than new shortly after. Excellent all round service. Highly recommended to anyone. Many thanks guys!

We recently instructed Teffont to service and repair our HP laser printer. The whole process was performed extremely efficiently from Kerri booking the appointment, to the engineer, Rob, who came to do the work, who was superb. Rob was extremely knowledgeable about our printer, advised in detail on the printer problem and offered possible solutions to fix our printer. Rob was thorough in his attention to detail both with explaining the printer problem to me and, as equally important in the current lockdown, to safe working practices due Covid. Thank you. We will definitely be using your services in future for our other business printers and I can thoroughly recommend Teffont for printer servicing and repairs.
