Elaine was so helpful. As I was in a bit scared to buy as I didn’t know if it would fit into the space I had measured in inches, so Elaine sorted it all out for me and I was so glad for all her help.

The sales person was very Knowledge and helpful

James the salesman was very helpful was not pushy and let us take our time choosing our sofas, would definitely use this store again.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing items from The Designer Rooms, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The quality of their products is second to none, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they deliver. What really stood out, however, was the level of customer service. I dealt directly with Denise, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with a real sense of care, nothing was ever too much trouble, and responses were always prompt.

It’s rare to find a company that gets the balance right across service, price, and quality, but The Designer Rooms absolutely do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Found exactly what I was looking for and at a great price

Ordered my new dining room table & chairs from the braehead shop I called the shop and spoke to James he explained everything about purchasing the dining set and dates was very helpful and pleasant to deal with made it all so easy over the phone. James went over and above to help me. Great customer service from James.
