The Designer Rooms Reviews

Always a brilliant, enjoyable experience at Designer Rooms, Ayr! Staff are lovely - in particular Rosie who was well informed, helpful and calming. Very happy with the easy process of buying our new sofa.. cannot wait to receive it! Added a few accessories too of course. The latte’s were welcome and really good. Recommend to all x

Denise was extremely helpful with my queries and the whole process of ordering was so easy.
I have used Designer Room a few times and have never been let down by them.
Would definitely recommend

We have been looking for 6 months to change our sitting room suite and at no point when we visited the store did we feel under pressure to order or buy anything. Lorraine and Liz were very helpful and guided us in making our final choice after visiting the store many times. Thanks for your patience 😊

Elaine was very professional and helpful in helping us to customise the sofa and chair that we liked I don't usually like to much attention by sales staff when choosing things but this time it was actually great so thanks Elaine.

Everything was great except for the delivery cost which I found to be very expensive

Denice at your Kilmarnock new store was very helpful in helping us choose our new suite even helping us to pick the fabric she thought we would like . She even helped us pick the colours for the cushions to go with it . Would Recommend going to this store for the amount of beautiful furniture and suits they have . She has a nice manner and doesn’t pressure you at anytime. Me and my wife will be back .

Brilliant service at The Designer Rooms in Braehead. James was outstanding, helpful, attentive, and made the whole process easy. He went the extra mile to get us the best deal on our dining table and chairs, including a great discount. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Great selection - Designs you don't see anywhere else.
Michelle was so professional and polite - She sorted everything out so easy to order

Jacqui on the Kilmarnock store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. She talked us through options with being overly forceful. The new store had a lovely friendly atmosphere from all staff. We were delighted with our purchase. Jacqui also guided us on a piece of furniture that had been discontinued and arranged for us to visit the Robroyston store where we were able to purchase wine cabinet to match a dining table we had previously purchased.
