The Designer Rooms Reviews

Jacqui on the Kilmarnock store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. She talked us through options with being overly forceful. The new store had a lovely friendly atmosphere from all staff. We were delighted with our purchase. Jacqui also guided us on a piece of furniture that had been discontinued and arranged for us to visit the Robroyston store where we were able to purchase wine cabinet to match a dining table we had previously purchased.

Fantastic Range and good prices.
Lorraine and Liz could not have been more helpful with decision making and advice with good knowledge of colours and sizes.
Definitely would recommend the store in Prestwick.

The service in the store was good and your delivery drivers where fantastic

Visited this showroom for the first time and I cannot recommend highly enough. We had been in a neighbouring showroom and the employee had pounced on us the minute we walked in the door. When we came here we were made feel very welcome and allowed to browse before being approached by a very friendly and helpful employee called Dean. His customer service was fab and made the whole experience a joy. He is an asset to your company!

Always plenty of options and staff are sperb with their support, ideas and suggestions
