The Designer Rooms Reviews

Robbie was excellent! I walked in and was made to feel comfortable to browse. No pushy sales people just relaxed and advised we are here if you need us. Then when I needed help Robbie and a couple of the girls were so accommodating, they checked everything and then double checked, showed me different styles and Robbie told me to take my time which was brilliant. I got exactly what I wanted. Why go to the bigger stores who hassle you as soon as you step in the door when you can go and you feel looked after from the moment you step in. My advise to anyone looking for sofas etc go see Robbie and the team in Kilmarnock, you feel listened to and they take their time. Do yourself a favour don’t spend your days looking around the stores that say they can supply everything but have no honesty just the need for commission Go See Robbie in Kilmarnock Designer Rooms you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Robbie you made my experience today so easy

I visited the Livingston store on Tuesday and was helped by Scott who was great . The store is beautiful with lots of quirky items . I would highly recommend visiting Designer Rooms and asking for Scott .

Great service

Saira from Glasgow was excellent, helped me with picking my chair for my new flat, will be back for more stuff soon

Very friendly and helpful staff, Lorraine who served us went out of her way to get us what we needed. Quality of items are good, you can buy cheaper but sometimes a bit extra gets you a better build and finish.

Helpful. Patient and cheerful throughout.

Always good service friendly staff , very helpful

The showroom is lovely and is well located, I bought an electric diffuser as I love them, this must be my fourth one and the oils smell amazing

Lovely helpful staff, Rosie sourced the size of rug we wanted and she was really knowledgeable about delivery timescales. All staff in the shop were attentive and friendly. Lovely furniture and accessories in store, we will definitely be back.

My mum and I visited the Glasgow shop at Breahead. We were looking for some items for redecorating her living room. We were blown away with the amount of beautiful unique items in the shop.

The staff were great particularly Muskaan.

Muskaan has a kindly manner. She listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable about what the shop could offer. When she didn’t know the answer she quickly found out for us. She couldn’t have been more helpful, noting was too much bother. She also gave us space to think ourselves, which we really appreciated.

James at the Breahead store was extremely helpful in helping me decide on a coffee table set and rug.
Brilliant customer service
