I have moved my elderly parents to Great Cornard, Sudbury. The sales progression manager Kelsey was excellent, Kelsey phoned me on a weekly basis to check the progress status that I had and relayed any information that came from her side of the moving process, often Kelsey provided more information than I had been given myself!

Lucinda was fantastic! As first time buyers, we were unsure of how the process would work, and Lucinda made sure to keep us updated every step of the way. She chased everything up for us, and was an asset all the way from offer accepted to completion! Ironically, she was the person who we didn't pay and was the most help! Very helpful and was a pleasant experience.
