Letting or buying a home comes with natural challenges and stresses that need to be overcome. It is unavoidable and inevitable, and I would not look for an agency to remove these from the wake. What I do look for is a partner, who can walk me through the process, think creatively, and who shows genuine care for the outcome that I am looking for. Callum Kirby and The Personal Agent have been fantastic partners throughout my journey and I feel well looked after as a result. I also want to thank Natasha Sanchez for stepping in and providing equal service and partnership when Callum was OOO. What a great team! I strongly recommend this agency.
