Excellent bed frame and fabulous service - would highly recommend!

I had a query on the availability of an item. Someone answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. They checked with the supplier and confirmed the item was in stock. After I placed the order, someone rang me to clarify and explain the delivery process as I live in a 3rd floor flat. I was kept up to date with progression of the order and expected delivery date. The item arrived well packed. I checked it for damage but all looks good. I'm still waiting for my carpenter to install the item but I expect it to look good once it's in position

Very happy with purchase. Bed frame is sturdy and easy to foldout. Sizes accurate so fits my mattress perfectly and came assembled. ( instruction booklet implied could come in bits)
Purchased online and had good customer service - phone call to say received order, another to inform on delivery, which was 7 days later. Delivery tracking, friendly and happy to bring into house.

This is our 3rd (or 4th?) purchase from The Sleep Shop over the past decade.
Prices are good, phone support is great and items are delivered when they say they will.
The only minor issue is sometimes the website shows an item in stock when it is not.

When comparing prices, The Sleep Shop offered the best.
On enquiring about the product I was told they did not know the answer but would ring me back, which they did. This prompt response encouraged me to place the order. Following my order this was followed up with a courtesy call telling me they had received the order and they would inform me re delivery. When ready to deliver, this was arranged around my convenience.
Overall excellent service received from all departments involved.

Amazing price for the bed frame we bought. Far better price than from anywhere else. Amazing quality, solid oak. Very fast delivery from the transport company they used. Arrived on time with updates to keep us informed every step of the way. Drivers were polite and respectful. We couldn't have asked for more from the Sleep Shop. Absolutely delighted by my mattress purchase and fabulous delivery service by your partnering transportation company. The mattress arrived far faster than I imagined. It was taken up to the bedroom of my choice and was very well wrapped in two lots of plastic to protect it. I was also very well informed of my purchase and delivery at every stage.

We had to order a different mattress, after sleeping on a new mattress from a very large company for one month, the mattress was much too firm, and as I am only 46 kg, gave me so much pain, my mobility was so badly affected, I could not even dress myself, and putting one foot in front of the other was so difficult, but they would not exchange or refund, telling me it was a 'comfort' issue.
So after much research online I found the The Sleep Shop. I picked a reasonably priced, softer mattress, with good reviews, and phoned them, to make sure I would get a sleep trial, and I was reassured. So I paid online, got a phone call shortly after to organise delivery 48 hours later. It came on time. We have slept on the new mattress for 4 nights now, and although not all of my aches and pains have completely disappeared yet, I am so much better, and my family have their mum back. You cannot know how happy you have made me, 11 months on from open heart surgery. ( So I know pain!) Wish I had come to you in the first place. I will next time, and thoroughly recommend. Have ordered from the Sleep Shop before so had no hesitation in ordering again. Their pricing is very competitive including delivery and the item was in stock. They phoned me as soon as I placed the order online and could have arranged the delivery the next day which was a Friday, however I asked for delivery the following Monday and it arrived as expected. Could not have asked for better service, thank you.

Very easy to order on the online shop. After placing my order a gentleman called me to advise when my mattress would be delivered. The day before delivery I was advised of my delivery time slot.
