The Sleep Shop is simply excellent
The Sleep Shop has an excellent selection of beds, in fact everything you could wish to see, laid out in a modern welcoming store. The sales staff are welcoming and knowledgeable - and most importantly, give you time to select what you really need. And the cherry on the top is the delivery team. We have an Edwardian house with a complicated staircase which they came out to view and stopped us buying a mattress which would not have fitted up our double bend stairs. If we could give them 5 stars, we would.

Good quality, speedy delivery
Good quality, speedy delivery
Not only was it the quickest delivery I have ever had, but it was also the easiest process from start to finish.
I ordered late that evening,
and by the following morning, a staff member reached out to say that the delivery would be on Friday.
The item was well packaged, and the friendly staff even helped slide it inside my door for me.
The product itself is lovely and very sturdy, and it was easy to assemble with solid screw-in head tops.
Overall, I am very happy with both the quality and the fact that it was delivered in just two days.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. They phoned me and thanked me for my custom. They followed up with 2 other phone calls advising when and at what time we would receive our mattress.
The website is very easy to use and at the time of booking they had a special offer on which took £117 off the price.
The company they use to deliver our goods was also fantastic. They phoned on the day of the expected delivery date advising a time. The 2 chaps took the mattress to our bedroom of choice.
Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
So refreshing to have brilliant service
