Ordered a mattress from the Sleep Shop via their wesbite. Price was much better than any of the competitors. The shop rang to arrange delivery and it was with me a couple of days later. Excellent service, would recommend.

I previously ordered a mattress from the sleep shop and was very happy with their service the mattress arrived on time everywhere else was more expensive i don't think you will find a better price so I ordered a complete new bed and mattress for my mum she's very happy it arrived on time and again you won't find cheaper so 5 stars for an excellent service and they contact you after to make sure everything went ok which to me is great customer service

I received excellent service from start to finish, purchasing one item over the phone and another in the shop, and I am very pleased with both. Delivery was spot on and the gentlemen were friendly and very helpful.

From start to finish it's been a really easy and simple process. I have been updated along the way and my mattress was delivered on time exactly when they said it would. We've replaced all of our beds and mattresses over the past 3 years. Always had friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff in the shops. Living in an old cottage with a twisty narrow staircase any large deliveries for upstairs have to come via a bedroom balcony. The delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful and happy to hoist them up that way. Nothing too much trouble.

Ordered a new mattress for my mum online, I made a bit of a mess of it but as soon as I spoke to the lovely helpful lady (sorry didnt get your name) it was all sorted. Kept in the loop all the way through with accurate updates and delivery was superb. Mattress was exactly what was needed. Would not hesitate to use again and will happily recommend to others. Thank you for a fantastic service and a really

Great experience - Firstly I ordered my mattress but I was due to go on holiday 2 days later, and I specified this in the details and asked for it to be delivered after I was back. David at the sleep shop called me to confirm this was correct and organised the mattress to arrive the day after I get back - Ideal. On that day, I needed to get out and unfortunately the delivery partners give no time window on the day (like other delivery providers). I called David, and he went above and beyond trying to contact the delivery driver depot to get an ETA. Unfortunately, he could not get one, but its the effort that counts... the irony is that the driver turned up 5 minutes later! Recomment this company!

Second purchase from this business. Helpful ,positive advice coupled with reasonable prices and a well organized professional delivery service.
( No extra charge for taking mattress upstairs as I have seen listed by bed chainstore outfits )

Superb company. When we decided that our new mattress was too firm I asked to exchange on the 60 day trial. Absolutely no problem choosing a different one. Communication was spot on and we were kept informed of the delivery schedule the whole time.

Can’t fault the service at all. The new mattress is just right!

It was easy to place my order. I was contacted with a date of delivery and I was contacted as promised the day before delivery with my timeslot. The two gentleman who delivered were very politely and unpacked my item and put it in place. Overall as always a great experience.
