Great company
Great company. I had an issue with a crushed cake drum that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Always use VV although I feel a £50 spend for free delivery is high compared to another company. Also after I’d submitted an order I realised I had forgotten something straight away but wasn’t able to add to the order. This was annoying as I had to purchase elsewhere also meaning lost business for VV. A window of maybe 2/3 hours after ordering could maybe be an option

Regarding adding items to an order after checkout, we completely understand the frustration when you realise you have forgotten something. We use an automated dispatch system to ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, which means that once an order has been confirmed and checked out, we are unable to make amendments. This includes adding items, removing items, changing delivery details, or upgrading the shipping method.
