I bought a Lenovo laptop as I was in need of a new one , I was impressed by the offerings on the Teir1 website , buying refurbished made sene for me , that was in Nov 23, so it was a ‘no brainer’ when I decided to get another IPad , I got an excellent deal and I am very happy with the service I have received from Teir1 .
They’re products were as described well packaged and delivered promptly,
So overall I would recommend Teir1 and I will certainly return when looking for other tech in the future

Enormously caring company
I was helped enormously by this company. A windows update caused me to require a laptop very urgently. They produced the ideal device at an excellent price which was up and running with me within 28 hours of first speaking to them. This is the third laptop I have purchased from them & their aftercare is top rate.

My laptop can’t connect to the internet unless it’s close to the internet box in the same room so I can’t connect to internet in my bedroom or when I’m at uni classes I am dissapointed

Great product and service
I recently purchase a refurb laptop and am amazed!
Supposed to be Grade B and I can't find a mark on it and would expect this to be Grade A at least.
In addition, customer service was excellent and delivery was faster than I expected.
I'll definitely be buying from Tier1 again!

Excellent customer service
I ordered a laptop however when it arrived it wasn’t specced to my order.
I emailed Tier1’s customer service who immediately arranged a collection, refitted the laptop with the correct hardware, and returned the laptop to me that same week.
Customer service was excellent and communication from them was also excellent.
I was very impressed by how swiftly they rectified the issue.
I now have the laptop I want and it’s in great condition.
I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent turnaround on delivery
I ordered my computer with no issues. The package arrived on the second working day after I ordered it! That is a fast turn around. The computer itself was clean and in good working order. For the price I paid, I would say the computer is excellent value for money.
