I recently visited 'Tiles DIY' to work on a little home improvement project, and I can confidently say that Jermaine, one of their employees, made the entire experience outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the store, I noticed how clean and tidy everything was, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. As I approached Jermaine for assistance, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.

Jermaine's exceptional customer service skills truly shone throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to understand the details of my project, patiently listening to my needs and offering valuable advice. His in-depth knowledge of the products and materials in the store was evident as he expertly guided me towards exactly what I required for my project.

Tiles DIY is a brilliant company that offers a diverse selection of tiles,a special thanks to the assistant manager Kallum who offered a wide range of knowledge that helped me complete my bathroom

What a wonderful store and helpful staff! Had no idea how many tiles were needed but the manager Kallum happily calculated it all for me and even took the time to inform me of the materials and qualities of each tile design I was interested in! So happy with my experience at Tiles diy croydon will definitely be using them again 😁

NO customer services at all, Callum the manager was disrespectful rude and was verbally and sexually abusive. I have video footage of the incident. Complaint was made to the company - but they do no nothing- AVOID this store.Police report made. They employ boys who have no respect or people skills

Robel (Store Manager at Bounds Green Branch) is excellent. He helped my wife and I choose the right tiles, quantities and all the correct accessories for our 3 bathrooms. It was very reassuring for us to have someone of his experience and knowledge deal with us. He helped arrange the delivery and additional items efficiently and was always on hand with advice after we paid for everything to make sure everything went smoothly. All his prices were competitive and we will be back to purchase more items as we were very impressed by the Vanity Units and Shower Screens he had on display too.

I approached Tiles DIY with a dilemma, and they fixed it. I ordered tiles from a competitor, and they arrived broken. The competitor refused to help resolve the issue even though they were at fault.

Thankfully, Tiles DIY could provide the tiles in time! Sabrina from the live chat was very patient with me as I explained my problem. She provided the resources I needed to purchase and checked to ensure I understood the process. I was able to order the tiles, and she sought additional confirmation that they would be delivered on line. The tiles were successfully delivered today!!!!!

Ordered a fantastic earth white porcelain tile was delivered promptly well packaged and driver helped move to side for me would rate as excellent on a bank holiday too

we went to croydon Tiles DIY today the 1st of April 2023. we were welcomed and supported by Callum. he was professional helpful and polite. he answered all our questions and showed us the products. we thought we would look at alternatives in the local area. We were shocked at the competition they were uninterested and the tiles were not to out liking.
so we came back to Callum and will be placing a large order tomorrow.
The order is only because of the way we were made to feel by Callum, he put us at the centre of everything and is truly an asset to your company.If you had a load of people like Callum your brand would be in safe hands.

NOT a great company to deal with. over and over they preach about the T&Cs, and have zero customer service skills. We had few boxes which had several broken tiles in, apparently you have to inspect every single tile upon delivery!
Delivery day- expect to sit in all day, you dont get a time slot nor a call to advise they are on their way.

Had exactly the tile shape and colour that I wanted. I was kept up to date with the delivery process and the tiles were delivered on a pallet by a very helpful driver. The tiles were protected and well wrapped. No damage to any of them. Will use again.

The shop had a big variety of products and the displays were lovely so it gave me a nice idea of how it'll look like on my house. The staff was also helpful and really friendly, communicating fast and efficiently with the warehouse. I'll definitely use them again.

Disgusting company. Would not give proof they attempted delivery as I was in the property at the time, said they had tried to deliver but when asked for tracking of the delivery never got it. Charged my elderly father for delivery and to put back in stock. Nothing on their website to state exact charges so charged what they like. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Initially they showed very good tiles and selected and ordered.
But to the surprise, the delivery was missed and waited 3 hrs after 2 days, but they just said it is ready but need to arrange, but later they said they missed to send the item and postponed for further 3 days.
They have inexperienced staff and they promise low price for the product. never use them to buy tiles. they don't keep up the promise.

There should be some sort of investigation against this company as it was the first time i went to buy tiles and was completely astonished how they treat their staff members like a slave...

Over a quarter of our tiles came damaged, a total of 20 tiles, leaving us unable to complete our patio. Customer service were useless, refused to help and disregarded any responsibility, leaving us over £200 out of pocket with a half laid patio. Do not use this company

Top marks for the guys in tilesdiy Colchester. Helped us out from start to finish. Our server Jordan knew everything there was to know, he helped us with measurements, price and quality. He even offered us a drink whilst we were waiting for the tiles to be brought to our car from the warehouse. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Fabulous service at Croydon store, Callum was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately when I went to place my order on the phone a week later I had to use the online service because I couldn’t get to the store in person and the store does not accept credit cards on the phone.
