Speedy service

I sent a bag in for repair. When it was received I was told 6 to 10 weeks for the repair. It has been less than two weeks and the bag is on it way back to me. I love this bag, I am a teacher and I use it everyday. So nice to see a company that stands by their product and treats their customers so well.

Warranty repair process is one of the strongest in the industry

The best backpack to own - I have 3 backpacks from Timbuk2, and the fourth one is coming soon - and their warranty repair process is one of the strongest in the industry. Trust me, if someone values repairability, longevity, and a company that actually stands behind its gear, Timbuk2 is hard to beat, and I told all of my friends about it.

Timbuk2 service on a 15 year old bag!

Timbuk2 serviced my bag from 15 years ago, for $25. The interior material was peeling off and they were able to replace either the material, or the bag I'm not quite sure which. Either way, it's a great small bag and I'm glad I'll get to use it again! Just wish I didn't have to pay to ship it!

I have onlythe best reviews for your…

I have onlythe best reviews for your products, as I have been your customer for over 20 years (this is my third order of your Die hard bags). I appreciate how easy it is to make an online order of a custom messenger bag and the speed at which it was shipped…

On a personal level I prefer the Hook version of closing the flap instead of plastic fasteners.. wish this was also customable… Still… thanks for the good work

Terrible Customer Service

My husband bought a bag from the UK sight. It arrived and upon receiving it realised he did not like the strap and so immediately requested a returns label or an RMA all emails have fallen on deaf ears. Absolutely no response what so ever. Not even an acknowledgment shocking customer service and you only get 14 days to return items.

I have a 30 yr old messenger bag

I have a 30 yr old messenger bag. The stitching started to come apart.
I emailed these guys, filled out the information requested to the best of my abilities (30 yrs ago, I can't remember where I bought this bag). The warrantied it. I sent it in, they fixed it and shipped it back. No cost for the repair.
Best investment ever
