Quality is in their DNA

The quality is not only reflected on Timbuk 2’s products but you will find their proud representation of the business in every aspect of your experience with them. Customer service, the site’s ease of use, shipping updates, yeah it’s all there. I am proud to say I have been a returning customer of over 15 years and have never seen them go backwards in their outstanding ability to produce a deliver a great product. Long processing overhead

I ordered the bag last week and only now just started shipping. Quite disappointed.

Timbuk2 Lifecycle repair program

Sent my waterproof backpack in for the lifecycle repair program to have a delaminated piece repaired but after evaluation it was deemed irreparable. The customer service team offered to replace the pack under warranty and the agent was quick and responsive. My family owns a dozen bags or packs and we routinely give them as gifts. This being the first time I've encountered an issue with any Timbuk2 product and am grateful that they stand behind their products.

Extremely slow shipping

Extremely slow shipping. 11 days after ordering bag and it hasn’t even shipped. A shame I was very much needing bag for a trip.

Repair done beautifully

I needed a repair and the process was very easy. They indicated it could be weeks, but did the repair and mailed me my bag in just over a week! The repair is absolutely great. The quality of work amazing! I'm very pleased.

Love the customization options

Love the customization options, fabric types, and internal pocketing. Bought a Large bag a few years ago and needed something a LOT smaller so I'm not stuffing my pockets with EDC gear. Can't wait to get my new bag!

The line communication is faulty

The line communication is faulty. I did not receive information about the delivery day. The only information I received is “… a label is being made…”. I have received this message for the last three days. This is not a good mode of communication.

Topnotch customer service

Topnotch customer service: I was explained what to expect from the whole process from start to finish. I was thrilled that the warranty on my much-loved backpack would cover the repair.
I have been using a favorite bespoke French saddle bag, but I terribly missed my Timbuk2 backpack. I'm excited to use it again

After I made my purchase

After I made my purchase, I began receiving emails from the company's customer service team. These emails were not related to any interactions I had with them. During these email exchanges, I received information on other customers' orders as screenshots or other information embedded in the emails.

I thought this was odd and confusing, and something I have never experienced with an online merchant.

Timbuk2 rules!

I love dealing with the folks at Timbuk2. I own several bags, and this is the second time I’ve sent one in for repairs, after years of hard use. I always get excellent service. No matter who I deal with, I can count on them being friendly, professional, and responsive. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and quick turnaround. These are the reasons I choose to buy Timbuk2 bags. The last bag you’ll have to buy!

Superb customer service and quality products.

I've had a Timbuk2 bag for about 20 years that I use often and it has held up perfectly. I recently needed new luggage and purchased the Copilot luggage. On its maiden voyage, the final airport somehow absolutely destroyed the axle for the wheel (I think they ran it over, thats how much force would have had to been used). Obviously not a Timbuk2 problem or warranty claim. I wanted to send it in to see if they could repair it. They let me know there would be a small charge, which was well worth it for the cost of not having to buy new luggage. Once it arrived, they even wived the repair fee and sent it back within a week. Will always use them for bags.

Loyal for Life — and They Even Fixed My Zipper

I got my first Timbuk2 as a work anniversary gift in 2015, when I was just starting out as an intern. That bag lasted me 7 years, then went straight to my dad, who used it every single day for another six. Built different.
When it was time for my own upgrade, I came back to Timbuk2. This time I chose something a little more me: less industrial, more elegant, with a feminine touch. That was 2018. I've taken it to work every day, loaded it to the brim, and brought it to conferences across the country. It has handled everything I've thrown at it.
Eventually I snagged the zipper on a hook. It still kept working until one day it didn't. I contacted support and they just asked me to send it in, and Timbuk2 repaired it! Just like that, my bag got a second life.
That kind of quality and customer care is rare. It's also why, when my husband wore out his old work bag, his birthday present was a Timbuk2. Once you find a brand that delivers on every level, there's really no reason to look anywhere else.

Lots of high-quality options

It was easy to compare options and find the bag for me. I've bought from Timbuk2 before and knew I was getting a high quality bag no matter what. They warned me about the slow shipping times, but I didn't mind. It still arrived in a reasonable amount of time, which was about a week.
