This is Samantha Newberry doing this review. I was a very nervous anxious patient yesterday I had my tooth extracted by Geo Matthews. He made me feel so at ease and calm. The dental nurse also was lovely. Thank you both for this stress free experience. This is the branch in Basildon. Anyone who is nervous of having there tooth extracted I would 100 percent recommend Geo Matthews he is brilliant 🙏 thank you for getting me out of pain ⭐️

Absolutely love our dentist. Aditi Patel is so patient, friendly and puts you at total ease in the chair. Truly deserved 5 stars.

Wish i could give more than a 5☆ my daughter has sensory issues and went in for two teeth extractions. Kemi was nothing but patient. It took alot of persuading to get my daughter to sit in the chair even though we had gone through it over and over. Kemi and Georgina knew she was comfortable with them so made sure they were the ones in the room and with their patience and understanding she managed to get through it without any issues. Can't say enough how amazing they are.

Lovely reception staff at Basildon. Arrived early, got seen early and left early - dentist / surgeon was really nice with my 90 yr old Mum: what’s not to love.

The staff are always polite friendly and helpful you are made to feel welcome at the dental practice they explain every step of your treatment it's a well run clean tidy practice.

I am at very anxious patient and everyone is very kind and patient with me. I am not treated like a child even though I am perhaps behaving like one. Surgery is always lovely and clean and staff are polite and friendly

I rang with a very bad toothache. The reception staff were extremely helpful and managed to get an appointment quickly for me.
Ive been with this Dentist for over 10 years, and She is absolutely amazing. So good with nervous patients. Extremely knowledgeable and makes every effort to put you at ease whilst sorting out your teeth problems

Lovely experience for my step son. He isn’t a regular dentist goer and the Dentist and nurse made him feel ever so comfortable before and during his treatment. The dentist also took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you so much. The staff are lovely and welcoming, nurses, receptionist etc. Service was very good and I would definitely recommend this Dentist.

Hygienist appt was worth the money , will definitely be back. She gave me insight into my dental hygiene and cleaned my teeth very good. Will be a regular appt for me moving forward.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for so long, I called back and was advised there was a waiting list to join as an NHS patient. I didn’t wait long, maybe 4 months before I was called to become a patient. Every time I’ve been since, I’m always welcomed politely, my dentist, her name is Kemi and she’s very friendly, informative and patient. Checks in throughout my treatment to make sure I’m okay and don’t need a break. On my last appointment, she said she’d find out some information for me, I had a call from receptionist the next day. She advices realistic treatment (my jaw clicks), not just the most expensive which is kind, just an overall nice experience.

Very friendly surgery and Aditi is thorough and gentle. There is ample parking. Highly recommend.

I saw Geo Mathews, he was so understanding. I had to see him 3 times after a very difficult extraction. I had a dry socket which is very painful. I had problems and his attention was 1st class. I could certainly reconnect him

Was referred to this practice by my dentist to remove to decayed teeth as I am.on warfirin, was treated with respect and care, would definitely recommend this dentist
