Great service as always with the Dentist and reception staff are always helpful and friendly.

As a person who is extremely anxious about dentists and haven't been for 50 years, found this dentist to be very understanding and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Referred here by my my dentist as they could not perform surgical tooth extraction. I was very apprehensive bearing in mind it was 2 days before the new year. Dealt with on time by a very able and polite dentist and each stage was explained well. Now recovering with minimal inconvenience. Thanks to all at Together

I have a bad tooth and the place was empty but he would not take the tooth out. It’s 2 days before Christmas Day and then I am going away on holiday. Was told to get it done while away. I now have a 13 day wait. So all I paid for was the man to tell me that I’ve got a bad tooth.

This dentist practise is the best I have been to.
The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful.
The reception staff always greet you with a smile. My dentist is so gentle - lovely man

As always excellent service no wait. In particular the receptionists and the dentist (Aditi Patel) were superb. Would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

Waited for an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed, dentist didn’t even look at my x rays or tooth before saying he wouldn’t take it out. Told me that at 21 years old I was too young to have them removed and sent me home. Went back to my original dentist who confirmed it needed to be removed and am now having to wait for another referral to go through. Waste of time and money. Awful dentist.

I was referred to this surgery by my regular dentist due to a complex extraction which had left a root remaining. My recovery from this has been long and very unpleasant with a of of trauma within my mouth. So when I received my appointment with Together Dental, I was very nervous and dreading it. On the day I was met by Mr Geo who was very friendly and reassuring. He explained what the issue had been and what he would be doing. The longest point of this appt was the injections. The extraction was very quick and I was totally shocked to hear it was all over so quickly. Superb service and reassurance. I already know that my recovery will be that much more smoother. I am so grateful for such a painless and perfect service. Thank you.

Babita was great!
From start to finish she was kind, courteous, empathic, wasn't rude or in a rush. She calmly welcomed me into the treatment room, introduced herself and explained in detail what was going to happen. She covered the usual pre-treatment questions, reacted well to my jokes I was having in amongst answering her questions.

During the treatment, she had a very keen eye to ensure I was comfortable, ok, if I needed anything. Her assistant was also very polite, empathic, courteous too.

After the treatment finished, Babita explained what I should do going forward. How to improve brushing, eating/avoiding certain foods/drinks, encouraged to do things better to maintain better oral health.

Overall, the whole experience of having Babita as my Hygienist, was an absolute pleasure, I have ensured I see her again and would heavily recommend her to anyone wishing to have a Hygiene appointment.

As always the staff were friendly. Pooja took an impression and my new dental plate will be ready 8 days later. Excellent service.

This was my first time at this dental surgery.
All staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I had questions for my dentist and he took his time to answer and explain the procedure I was having done.
He was very reassuring and the treatment I received was very professional.

I wa due to have an extraction, and as I had not needed one for many years I was nervous.

The Oral Surgeon from Basildon Hospital explained everything before my treatment and after.
Both the dentist and dental nurse were very professional

I went there yesterday I was referred for tricky extraction and from the reception staff to the amazing Dentist and his nurse I want to thank you all I arrived at 3.45 and was on my way home at 4pm

I get very nervous about dentist but the man I saw was very chatty to me while waiting for the injection as quickly and he could my toot was out it felt like I was only in there for 5 seconds

I had been referred by my normal dentist as they couldn't do the extractions that I needed taken out, the dentist at Together Dental was excellent they worked quick and before I knew it I was 2 teeth roots less in my upper jaw all stitched and sewn up very good service

Paid £80 for hygiene clean for 30 mins . After piecing my gums & making me bleed all round then only actually cleaned my teeth for 15 mins & it was a poor clean at best . Won’t be paying for that again there . Paid up front then had major surgery different matter & had to cancel prev appointment but would not refund me so had to rebook when healed.

I have given this score as I have found the staff and dental technicians very welcoming. they explain what they will be doing for you.
The ladies who work from the front desk are very polite and welcoming and very well dressed 10 out of 10 for this surgery 🙂🙂👍👍👍
