Was in Felmores having a tooth out, brilliant service from the receptionist to Geo and his assistant, He was running 10 mins over and both the receptionist and dentist made a point of letting me know , how a dentist should be

I must admit I was very nervous but they made me feel very relaxed

I am a very nervous patient and the dentist and assistant made me feel very at ease. The two teeth i had to have removed came out very quickly and i didnt feel a thing. Thank you.

I was given a same day appointment (3 hours after I called) for an emergency extraction. Everywhere else I tried couldn't accommodate so quickly. Great service and thanks for relieving my pain.

Had to have a molar top right removed which had a large cavity that could not be refilled any more.
Due to its location and impacting on a wisdom tooth it made it very difficult for the dentist to remove. After many attempts to extract the tooth he managed to remove the tooth. Many thanks to the dentist care and attention to detail.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are lovely and my dentist is so kind. I'm a very nervous patient and this is understood by him. Surgery is so so clean. Don't hesitate to book.

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Geo Matthew at the Felmores practice. I was nervous beforehand but Geo quickly put my mind at ease by thoroughly explaining what was going to happen throughout my appointment. My wisdom tooth extraction was straight forward as the tooth came out in one go, however, I did have a complication a few days afterwards where the blood clot dislodged leaving a dry socket followed by alot of blood. This happened around 9pm on a Friday so I phoned the out of hours number provided on the aftercare sheet to get some advice. Not having had a wisdom tooth removed before I wasn't sure if what was happening was normal. The phone didn't ring and it didn't go to voicemail either, maybe suggesting that it was switched off? Having to be up early for work the next morning and being in that current situation I decided to call 111 for advice. They told me to go to A&E. They did not have a dentist available at A&E however the doctors could see the dry socket and the blood and slight swelling to my face so they discharged me with antibiotics and they told me to see Geo the next day.

The aftercare from Geo was excellent. He was confused as to why the phone number provided on the sheet did not ring as its an out of hours number so it should have been switched on. This could have saved my trip to A&E. He said he would look into this. He cleaned the area and packed it with Clove. He reassured me that if I have anymore issues he would be happy to see me again. The clove fell out after a day and I was worried this could affect my recovery so I phoned to see if it was okay for Geo to check the area again. It seemed like no trouble for him and he did the same as before, cleaned the area and packed it with Clove. From start to finish Geo has proved he is a professional oral surgeon who is also passionate about providing care to those in need. I would highly recommend him and I truly appreciate how accommodating he was after the extraction to ensure I was well looked after.

I had a broken tooth removed by a nice gentleman who was quick, informative and painless.

Been with felmores dentist for a number of years now and never had a problem, very friendly and helpful. I dont trust any other dentist so will always be with felmores 😀

I had a partially erupted wisdom tooth which was growing sideways removed by Dr Geo Matthew. Dr Geo Matthew has a very calm and professional demeanour, he managed to extract the tooth in a couple of minutes and it was completely painless. It was a great experience (as much as it can be with a tooth extraction) and I wouldn’t hesitate going back if I needed similar treatment with another tooth.

Staff, Dentist, Dental nurse , the entire team is so great thus no minus in the service, Very happy very friendly they are

Other than the price which is outside the dentists control, always so friendly & helpful, certainly landed on my feet with this practice

I find all the staff very friendly, my dentist and nurse are lovely and the surgery is absolutely spotless, I would recommend this surgery.

Great experience with them, from start to finish. Receptionist was exceptional 👌🏽 Dentist 'Geo' done a fabulous job. Was like Edward scissor hand of the dentist world. Bish bosh and the job was done! I had two teeth removed and was in and out within 15 minutes, with great aftercare advice and no problems with my removals. I would highly recommend them 🙂
