To be able to get a dental appointment quickly and efficiently. I had a hygienist appointment which went well and she spotted a potential dental problem. She called the Chinese dentist Cherry to have a look and because I was going on holiday and she was having a break, decided to fit me in the next day and do my filling.

Thankfully I was able to bring my Dental Check-up forward due to an old filling breaking.
It was a punctual Appointment.
I was given professional advice about my dental Check-up and given the go-ahead to book an Appointment with the Hygienist.
I was also made aware of Surgery procedures with booking a Hygienist Treatment.
I found the Receiption Staff very helpful with my next appointment.

Always feel at ease with the dentist.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I feel very well looked after by the staff here. It is a friendly professional practice. The dentist and hygienist I saw today are both excellent.

Poor care and attention to issues stemming over several years. Treatment not offered until I continued toexpress concerns over gum issues. Eventually given a prescription and not told to get it stamped at reception, rendering it invalid.
Dentist supposed to arrange appointment with hospital dental department and did not.
Very disappointed.

I had a filling replaced yesterday- dentist explained what she was going to do next, which was really helpful .Kind, organised and positive staff - I would recommend them 100% .

Great experience - very calm and reassuring.

I had two fillings put on the back of my teeth. The first one, half fell off & was refilled without a charge.
The second one has chipped off at the tip. I telephoned the dentist & they booked an appointment to fix it as within the guarantee time frame. I received a text at 06:30am the day of appointment cancelling it as dentist sick.
On attending the dentist, the tooth chip was looked at & I was told it could be filled but would fall off again, refill the whole tooth & still could chip off again. She said if She was me, leave it.
I was in the chair 3-4 minutes & I left.
Within a few minutes of leaving the dentist ( which is across the road to us ) I received a text asking me to pay the bill.
I telephoned the dentist & the receptionist said The Dentist said I have to pay the bill.
I explained I came over for her to look at the filling the dentist done that fell out previously. I did not come in for a check up!
The receptionist wouldn’t let me speak to the dentist & said she would call me back. A week has gone by & no phone call only a text saying pay the bill!
I have been coming over to this practice for over 40 years & Mr Shah s work , I never had any problems with.If any issues he sorted them out straight away.
I have Always paid My Dentist Bills however this has not been done properly !

Receptionist was rude then was in the dentist’s room for no more than 3 minutes and outcome was poorly communicated. Relatively affordable check up but they make up for it with very expensive follow on treatments

Granted that getting a tooth removed is a stressful and unpleasant experience, my dentist has been nothing but kind, patient and supportive throughout, truly made an unpleasant experience as comfortable as he possibly could which I’m very grateful for as I was very anxious. Couldn’t recommend more!

Friendly staff, the dentist I saw was very gentle.

Good reminders before the appointment, and friendly reception. Excellent treatment including a scaling to remove plaque (which many dentists don't do for a check-up, even though they should).

Well trained and excellent service, especially at short notice

Called to arrange an appointment as my cracked tooth filling fell out for my front tooth. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged the appointment for a time that I was available. Dentist Iqra was gentle and had me smiling again in no time. Such a lovely dental practice

Friendly staff & I was seen & out very quick. Treatment I had was amazing.
