Excellent staff - polite & professional. No waiting around which is a great bonus.

The premises were filthy. The toilet especially was very dirty, but all the corridors and stairs. When I told the receptionists, they said there is currently no cleaner and no manager. They were bored and indifferent to my complaint.
The check-up with the dentist was superficial, lasting 4 minutes or less.
Very disappointing decline.

I attended for my appointment as a new patient after a recommendation from a relative. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, overall a good initial experience.

Friendly, professional & not being kept waiting

it was my first appointment with your clinic and I was pleasantly surprised at, not only the professionalism but also especially the warmth and kindness with which everybody welcomed and treated me. I would definitely recommend this practise to anybody, I know, I say thank you very much

Had a check up with Xieu ( Apologies if I have spelt her name incorrectly ) as always highly professional but very personable had a fractured tooth filled and left feeling very happy with the service received.

A warm, welcoming and friendly reception from Helen, followed by a caring and considerate approach from the dentist administering the treatment. It really was a really fine example of customer service at its best from beginning to end.

Thanks for your kindness. It was a lovely experience. I can happily enjoy ice cream both hot and cold.

I’m writing to share my disappointment with the treatment I received during my appointment last Friday, when my tooth was removed by Victoria Egemonye. I found her unfriendly and at times even rude. When I asked to confirm which tooth would be extracted, I was given a mirror to point it out myself and then met with the comment, “Are you happy now?” I also felt my questions before the procedure were dismissed.

Additionally, when I thought I needed to return to the waiting room to let the sedation take effect—after seeing another patient do so, I was addressed with “Where are you going?” in a tone that made me uncomfortable. I also noticed she was short with her assistants, and when I wished them both a nice day as I left, I received no acknowledgement from mrs. Egemonye, only from the kind assistant as well as the very friendly reception staff later on.

I wanted to make you aware of this experience, as it fell below the standard of care I expected.

This is an excellent dental practice. The dentists…I usually see Cherry and the nurses are clear and treat patients with care The receptionists are very professional and helpful

I am terrified of the dentist and I told the lovely receptionist and she in formed the dentist they are so lovely chatting to you all the time everyone was so nice and my treatment was pain free thankyou so much I 💯 love your service

Together Dental Wandsworth: very timely, friendly staff and Raj did a great job of informing me thoroughly and removing my tooth. All with kindness and care.

I have used this dentist twice and each time all the staff that I have come across including the dentist and receptionist have been so kind and thoughtful. I have mobility problems and chose this dentist because of the ramp but honestly I can't thank them enough

An unsatisfactory private procedure led to a refund being authorised by the dentist in Oct. A month later no payment has been sent and I am still chasing.
Their payment system has a valve, it allows payment flows in immediately but prevents any finds flowing the other way.
I will stop chasing now and hand it to a solicitor to chase where the practise will incur fees.
