This is the 3rd time of getting a ticket from these bunch of crooks. The machines are never working but nobody ever checks. First time the machine wouldn't except money and got a ticket. Second and third time I paid, entered my reg but no ticket came out the machine.. I looked at all the other cars and they had no tickets either so I'm guessing they now have a fine in the post 😡. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask to Rob people. 100% bad feedback these cowboys have, we can't all be wrong AVOID AVOID AVOID

Thanks to the website parkingcowboys, I managed to find exactly what I needed to defend my case and appeal against them at POPLA.

Result arrived today: POPLA has seen through their poor arguments and submissions right away. Appeal against them was successful but they wasted my time having to defend myself against their four times over unfair "Parking Charge Notices". Meanwhile, nothing to say against NCP on the very same site they seem to share.

Shame on TPS for their extremely low standard and unethical behaviour.

I am now reviewing my options and considering a formal complaint for the council to investigate whether they have planning permission for this site (NCP does)...!

My daughter brought a ticket and paid for the time she was in the car park.
I notice in their info they state you MUST complain to them directly, whatever!!!!!! TPS I have advised my daughter what to do.

Absolutely shocking money grabbers praying on ill people
It’s definitely the last straw if your useless local doctors surgery are now using this company to pray on ill, poor or elderly people visiting the surgery or pharmacy!
Well Pharmacy also have no connection with the car park either, even though it is right next to it and don’t even display any signs or notify any customers of the car park charges!
I never thought Lakeside Health Care Stamford could sink so low!
I unfortunately was a victim to this and now have the extra worry of probably receiving another fine in a months time!
I have appealed against this first fine, but then a family member stepped in and settled the £40 fee for me as there is no way I can afford this fine or to appeal.
Looking at other outcomes online it just seems pointless to even try to appeal and cause yourself even more stress and anxiety!
Who would of thought that a visit to the doctors or pharmacy could make you feel even worst than you did before!

When we visited Rye, Kent over a year ago my friend said to park in this supermarkets car park as it was free after 4pm. When we arrived I looked at the sign and it clearly said "charges apply between 9am and 4pm". Received a fine a month later! They've been sending letter since then and now this is the exciting part; County judgement said the fee for the application to appeal against it is £255! The fine is £231. And I also got adviced by the county judgement if I didn't pay it in full this would remain in my credit score for 6 years. So basically they leave you no choice to let these bandits screw you. Where is Justice? Is this a banana Republic?

3 years on and still trying to catch me for leaving the car parking! Why to fetch a shopping list for a pensioner and getting their shopping. Used two shops on the precinct TPS want receipts? Do not blame these cowboys they are only honest crooks! Blame our government for abuse of data protection

Wow! If you like blood sucking leeches that waste your time you have come to the right place. I had the misfortune of dealing with TPS for 8 months over a parking contravention they issued to me. It ended it being cancelled yet I continued to be bombarded with debt collection letters and the sort. Lazy, callous and uncompassionate company.

It’s a scumbag racketeering company using illegal methods to squeeze last pounds from honest working people. Do not reply to their notices, they worth less than the paper they were printed on.

Complete scam. I was ordered to pay a parking fine from this company which was an system error from their side. I have a gym membership which comes with free parking. Poor aftercare service and would not recommend to anyone.

I and several people I know have proof on bank statements that we paid. However, TPS deny it.

If you have any issues make sure you send a DPO request to them with an image of your driving licence. Ask for ALL images etc....

The sign explains nothing just links you to your pointless sales site! No were does it tell you how to pay an no answer when you ring them. So they basically imprison you In a car park an when you've had enough of the circus show an just leave they will fine you with out a chance to appeal! Do not park if possible! These guy are basically criminals!

A bunch of crooks tried paying at the machine it wouldn’t take the payment then £70 fine through the door well the shopping centre in Hamilton will be shut soon because no one will go there everyone is struggling but they put cameras in during a pandemic to catch people very fly

I received a £40 fine for overstaying by 20 minutes. I was parked in a disabled bay as i was taking my mother who is registered disabled to Dunelm and Lidl. We parked in the quadrant car park, Redditch. 2 hours is not enough and most major stores allow an extra hour for blue badge holders. I emailed them 11 days ago. Received auto generated email, but heard nothing since. Disgusted! We wont be using these stores again. I paid as didnt want to incur further costs.

How this company is allowed to reap people of their money is a mystery. This thieves want me to pay money for a ticket i have already paid for in full because it was not paid within 15 minutes of parking my car despite using the car park daily for last 3 years. Very heartless, insensitive company with zero human feelings. Luckily i will get a lawyer represent me as i see this ending in court

I have only given this a one because it would not let me write without doing so. This company are a con, I paid £10 in the Waterloo car park only to get a fine. I appealed the fine to be told I did not have enough evidence. I had the ticket I was given on entry with the time and 4 hours on it, what more could I have had. Then no one will speak to you. What a money making company they are

Parked in a car park for 1 hour, they read your registration when entering. When leaving the car park you put your registration in the machine and they charge 70p, this was paid and a receipt to prove it. A few weeks later receive a fine through the door for £40. Why?!? The letter states didn’t pay full amount for length of time. How can we possibly not have paid the correct amount when your machine told us the amount we had to pay? Absolutely disgusting, sent email saying what we had done and nothing we done was wrong for them to reply and say the fine still stands. Complete joke of a business!

I parked in the Isca place car park run by Total car parks on 18th August 2020. I attempted to purchase a ticket but the two machines I tried to use would only take coins and I didn't have change. I then attempted to telephone the company on more than one occasion without any success, then went online to try to pay, again without success. I was more than 20 minutes late for an appt and my husband who arrived at the car park approx 40 minutes after me, then purchased a ticket belatedly and put it on my dashboard. Today I received a parking fine which I have paid as I was parked illegally for 40 minutes but I'm pretty disgusted with the company and will not be using that car park again. They do not make it easy to pay either by phone or online or indeed provide plenty of machines where you can pay using either a card or notes. Not impressed.

I hosted a party in my house and I paid for all my friends car parking as this company awful wedbiste doesn't allow one to add another car, previously I have used this method to pay when friends visit me by making payment through my account and leaving a message on the note section that it's for car XYZ, this was fine and I never got any ticket, on this occasion I paid for all car park this way and they issued tickets to all my mate, when we then write to them explaining that payment was made they replied that as a "good will" gesture we should all pay £20 per car, I have obviously refused to pay but my mate paid as he was scared of bailiffs turning up to his address, this company is definately full of cowboys who just want money money mkney.

Scammers. I paid a ticketless machine but failed to push a final button I believe. Of course appeal overturned, surprise surprise! Have now had letter from BW Legal and they called this morning- how the hell did they get my phone number? I am ex directory! You need to decide if you are going to pay them or challenge or ride it out.
Do Google search on Them and read posts, take a good look at Money Saving Expert, lots of posts on there. These people cause people stress. I did nothing wrong.
