My favourite period care products, I recommended them to my sister and now they’re her favourite too! I have a range of products delivered every 3 months, comfy and I’ve never leaked. Particularly like the liners.

Great first experience with TOTM products, I'm able to go about my busy day without having the anxiety of any leaks, super comfortable too!

Products are great but customer service isn’t, I had a subscription placed with no confirmation, so I re ordered and then I received a delivery notification so tried to cancel (2 mins later) I received an email response 5 days later to say it was too late.
Really poor service especially when I had a subscription that will now be cancelled.

I can confirm these pads are LEAK PROOF! I used to buy BodyForm pads they kept leaking , I'm pleased I've come to your brand now more safer and chemical free !

I have been a TOTM for the past five years, and it makes a difference to buy products that are not damaging to the environment. The only issue I have had is that I have had to amend the date several times, as my period sometimes starts earlier than the date the TOTM is due to be delivered. So, unfortunately, I have had to go to the chemist to buy. The only thing I suggest for improvement is that I am just informed when they are sent out, not when they are being ready to be posted. Since, it can be two to three days been preparing and actually being sent out. Personally, that is confusing. Other than that great products and highly recommend.

I never leave reviews for anything i buy but the TOTM Menstrual Cup deserves a whole lot of praise!!! I recently purchased my first menstrual cup and i can only say i wish i bought one sooner!! TOTM has absolutely revolutionised my periods!! I'd been looking to move away from disposable sanitary products for environmental reasons more than anything but having tried reusable pads (which unfortunately weren't up to the job), i am so thrilled to have finally found something i can truly rely on... it's convenient, no leaks, no odour, no mess and what's more, it's a sustainable product, reducing waste going into landfill...win win! I was also really pleasantly surprised how easy it is to insert and remove, i must say initially i was a little put off by the shape and size but following the clear instructions provided, it's very straight forward. I will be recommending this product to every women i know, i can't thank TOTM enough for completely changing the period game for me...absolutely amazing product!!!

I’ve been buying totm liners for years. I liked the natural materials, eco-ethos and the social equitability ideas, so I didn’t mind paying a bit more and over the years more and more yet again with continuous price hikes while at the same time decreasing the product amount per box (there used to be initially I think 30, then 28 and now 24 liners in a box). Sadly, however, the quality control seems to have gone out the window. Initially I used to buy unwrapped liners but these became so badly made (the cut as well as construction and glue were all changed over the course) that I changed to the wrapped liners when I was informed they’re different, but now these starter to also have functional issues. Some of them have the inner rectangular slip sealed within the outer layers so skewed that it’s no fully sealed all round. The glue isn’t applied anymore to the edges, so these also tend to lift and fold under sticking to itself rather than the fabric. Lastly the glue must have changed or how it’s applied as when eventually removing the liner, one has to do it with the same patience as if trying to to remove one of those paper labels sloooowly so as all of it would lift but there’s always glue bubbles left behind, which are not particularly hard to remove nevertheless it shouldn’t be a nightly chore. With other commercial brands now also becoming more conscious I’m unsure how long I’ll keep my subscription at this rate. The original products were exceptional, so the only reason I can see to change them is sadly profit orientation having taken over this initially / supposedly family business endeavour. A wee shame!

This company spends more time getting reviews removed than it does actually dealing with real issues complaints . Trust pilot are little more than putty in the company's to be reviewed hands . TOTM pretend to be an ethical company whilst offering no real customer satisfaction or solution to problems .... We ordered on the subscription plan . They increased the subscription immediately and then refused d to discuss a solution other than that's the way it is ...... Trust pilot have removed every review I have left for the most pathetic of reason and I image this review will last little more time than 24hrs .... Avoid TOTM . Corporate rather than ethical ...

I bought these as I so appreciate the effort to make tampons that are organic and so much kinder to the body. However, Totm need to improve the design of the applicators which are absolutely disasterous. If they would consider plastic applicators they would be much more effective. Other brand card applicators do work fine for me, but the only way I could use Totm tampons was to remove them from the applicator entirely beforehand. A good idea but an unpleasant experience.

Top service, top product

Love TOTM, been a customer for years now and never look back. The absorbent cotton product is much more friendly to my skin, I have since have much less reactions to sweats. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who are allergic to standard plasticky pads.

Great customer service and product. Takes the admin out of buying tampons every month knowing they'll be delivered straight to my door plus the added of bonus knowing they're not harming me or the planet.

Bought some for the office as I think it's super important our employees have access to basic essentials. Excellent quality organic product, fast delivery, good communication and customer service. As a business that's striving to make a difference I give my full support. Will def restock when the time comes.

So glad I discovered this brand- I’ve been trying to reduce my plastic consumption and really like knowing the products are all as natural as possible. I’ve used their website and was impressed at the quick (and free!) delivery. Always pleased to support a b corp as well.

I've been using TOTM pads for a little while now and I love them! Mainstream, popular brands used to cause problems for me and I now understand that's because of the chemicals they use! TOTM pads are organic cotton with no nasties and I find them really gentle on my skin. I love the subscription too because it's no fuss - what I need every month arrives in the post, and I can quickly log on to make changes if I need to. The branding and ethos behind the company are also super cool. I think their products are definitely worth the cost!

I have been using TOTM for a few years and have found it to be a great product, so much better for my body. When you start researching what other period care products are made of, it’s actually quite shocking. I like that I can subscribe online but also they are in Tesco. Thank you TOTM.

When you "deep dive" into different topics like I do, it's startling what is in SO MANY period care products, toxic stuff that has no business being near my vagina!
Doing the research, I found TOTM to have the cleanest, safest products, no nasties and sustainable too.

Love the products - they don’t irritate and perform strongly - I wouldn’t use any other products now I’ve used (and use) TOTM. the customer service is great and I love having a subscription which allows me to have one less admin task to do!

I bought this product for my daughter as I was worried about all the bad chemicals that are in competing products. Great product. Great service. Simple.
