We ordered three separate shower trays from Touch Global UK via three separate orders on B&Q.
All three were dispatched promptly and received in good time and condition.
Fitted, they look great but we had to return one due to a change of plans - The team were quick to respond, arranged collection easily and promptly triggered a refund.
Overall we had a good experience with this company - unlike some of the reviews here - so just wanted to call this out! We would use again.

I bought a towel rail heater element from b and q marketplace. The item arrived with specific instructions no to test before installing. Once installed I discovered that every time the power supply was turned off and back on again the heater element would reset to off. This meant that it cannot ever work with a shedual controller or remote controller. For the holiday let application, this made it useless. This detail of its functionality was not made clear on the sales page. Touch global, the b and q associate supplier then refused point blank to allow me to return the item for refund. This is at best mis description of product. I'm a trade point account holder with b and q and I will now never use them again.

We ordered a shower enclosure at a cost of £597in February 2025, one of the side panels is faulty so I contacted B & Q their supplier who advised to contact them direct.
I am now on email 9 to them and they refuse to replace as I don't have the original packaging, they obviously agree with me having sent them numerous photo's as offered me a £40 refund.
They are making no effort to assist, nor is B & Q who seem to think it is nothing to do with them, even they have still not responded to my online claim form and then a telephone call where I was promised a return phone call within 24 hours, today 48 hours later I had to phone them again and the same answer, contact the supplier direct.
I am fuming, but I will not let them get away with this appalling service.
Do not buy anything from them.
Plus, all problems seem to be dealt with in China and not the UK

I purchased a SunDaze Bath Panel Bathroom Moisture Resistant Wood MDF Front Bath Panels Black 1700mm via B&Q. It never arrived but claimed to have left it in a “safe place” which apparently was on a busy A23 😤. B&Q is responsible for using fraudulent suppliers and should be held accountable. DO NOT ORDER B&Q ONLINE. They are THIEVES 😩😩
Dissapointed with quality control
I recently purchased an electric towel radiator from Touch Global via B&Q. Upon delivery, I noticed that the packaging was wet in one corner, which immediately raised concerns about a potential leak. Assuming the issue was a loose blanking plug, I proceeded with the installation at my customer’s property.
However, upon unboxing, I discovered that the radiator was severely bowed, resembling the shape of a banana. This level of damage suggests either poor quality control or inadequate packaging during transit. As a tradesperson, I rely on well-manufactured and properly packaged products to maintain my reputation and deliver quality service to my clients.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and now have to go through the inconvenience of returning the product and sourcing a replacement. I expect better quality assurance from both the manufacturer and retailer.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order of over £1500 goes missing after they’ve apparantly delivered to a busy high street without my authorisation to do so. Been chasing this for almost 10 weeks now! Customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE, illiterate and unwilling to help. They just keep telling me to contact the police, when I explained the police told me this is not a police matter and to go back to the supplier, they keep responding to ‘send the police report number’. FRAUDULENT COMPANY - AVOID!!

Supplied radiators via eBay store - kbstar2006 - perhaps an attempt to avoid customers seeing negative reviews for the parent company...
Both radiators arrived obviously dented, but first was replaced - after more hassle than necessary. Replacement also arrived dented, but subsequent contact was ignored. Second radiator had been left in packaging due to delays in decorating, so dent in noticed until 6 weeks after delivery. Customer service refuse to replace or refund over 30 days after delivery. Currently working with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to get a resolution.

Brought a bathroom cabinet for £156.95. The item arrived damaged. I sent email with photos of the damage cabinet. They arranged for the cabinet to be collected and returned. 2 weeks later they are still not giving me a refund and the last email I had from them they told me they were deducting £50 repair fee. I phoned the customer service and spoke to a guy called Rhys only to be told that he couldn’t see anything on his system. I have now had to make an appointment with citizens advice to refer this company to trading standards. Don’t buy anything from this company touch global.

Low quality Chinese Warmhaus chrome towel radiator which was rusting just 10 months after delivery.
Plumb Galaxy customer care (based in China?) were very difficult to deal with and initially refused to address the problem. Even claiming that rust on the outside of the radiator was due to inadequate corrosion inhibitor inside the radiator!
Fortunately I purchased the radiator through Manomano, who instructed Plumb Galaxy to honour the guarantee. However Plumb Galaxy continued to make the resolution process as difficult as possible. Including
insisting on a signed for collection for return and then not arranging for collection. In all it took 2 months to obtain a refund.
Beware of this supplier and their low quality products.

1star is to many. Delivered me a faulty radiator. When I asked for a replacement or refund they offered me £50 to get it wielded.

Horrendous company a long with XDP deliveries.
Best use different companies and save your self money and stress.
Well between Touch Global and the delivery service they use, that being XDP deliveries, they have cost me an extra £220 in lost labour days.
Ordered bath from B and Q online market place. As stated on website at time of order, delivery would be from 1st August to the 5th.
5th came and went and no bath. To be a seller on B and Q marketplace website, item has to be dispatched by 2 days and delivered no later than 7 days. My order was placed on 28th July. Order not recieved by delivery company until the 1st August. Delivery company after many messages decided to let me know on the 7th (I believe), that my delivery would be the 11th. This has breached B and Q's terms and conditions for any seller to be on their website and sell their products via B and Q online market place.
This cost me 1 days loss of labour and all Touch Global wanted me to do is to wait a few more days for the delivery, which was not a few more days it was 5 to 6 days, and they would give me a discount ( oh whooopppee, keep your discount, just give me my £220 back that both of you has cost me, thankyou!), waiting would of cost in excess of £1400 lost labour days, for a £280 bath. Im not a well person and have been ill due to this company and Xdp deliveries failings. I had to source a bath elsewhere. Im down £220 and neither company wants to give me my money back for problems they have caused. Both companies do not care the cost to myself for their failings! They both hide behind a messaging service.
Never again will I order from B and Q online market place, itsto unreliable and terrible customer service from all 3 companies passing the blame!!

No bath panel received and still waiting for my refund its 4 days past delivery.

Finaly recieved an email to say I've been refunded but it can take 14 days. What an absolute joke.
I'll never buy from this company or B&Q again.
So all in all it will be a whole month from ordering the product, receiving nothing and no correspondence until I asked where the item was, and getting my money back

Do not do business with this company. I ordered an item through B&Q and Touch Global did not deliver, they have continually fobbed me off, and are refusing to issue a refund despite the order being cancelled.
They are sending me harassing messages through B&Q marketplace and even now after 5 weeks are now accusing me of actually having the item.
This battle has just begun!

Purchased a cast iron radiators from their online site ‘plumb galaxy’ via MonoMono.
Quick delivery however a 1 man delivery team was sent so I was asked to assist the driver on getting the radiator off the van and into the house.
Upon opening the radiator was damaged, reached out to plumb galaxy to be offered an insulting £20, which was then increased to £50 and told ‘to turn it upside down to hide the damage’.
3 weeks back and forth to arrange collection and a lot of mis communication, a call to touch global for assistance and a promise of a call back which never happened!
I would avoid this company at all costs!!
