I had to ring up twice about two…
I had to ring up twice about two separate issues and I was really impressed with how they were handled. On the first occasion I rang on a Sunday and the lady I spoke to (Gretta) said she needed to speak to her manager but she would call me the next day. Usually when a company says this I never hear back, but she called as promised and went above and beyond to solve my issue. The other problem was just a change of phone number which was also dealt with efficiently.

I would have given 5 stars if the detail about whether I have 2 carry on bags of 10kg each included on my Ryanair flight. I was only able to add a checked bag.

I have booked with TUI many times
I have booked with TUI many times . Good company. I have no issues with web site it’s easy to book and get the type of holiday that we are looking for. Reps on each of our holidays have been good. Explaining to us re trips and things to do in the location that we are staying.Value for money also as Hotels that we have stayed in are described honestly on TUI sites. All inclusive have always been good, from Flights to food , clean Hotels. Yes we have been well looked after. Long may it continue.

Travelled in early March to Puerto Rico…
Travelled in early March to Puerto Rico Gran Canaria .
The transfer coach for return flight home did not show up for pick up from apartment. Second year in a row this has happened. Previous year we had to take taxi to airport to make the flight . This year we were able to get a lift from a different coach but were running 50 minutes late .
When we arrived at airport there were large queues for multiple flights at our check in desks
We were left with 20 minutes to check in , go through security and make it to the gate before closure.
We found a Tui rep and explained our predicament he went to investigate why the check in queues were not moving disappeared never came back and gave no assistance.
Found another Tui Rep explained our predicament and he showed no interest in helping us ,he actually dismissed us by saying the queue is moving.
Had to rely on the goodwill of other passengers from multiple flights to allow us to go to the top of the line to check in.
Made it to the gate as it was closing after running through airport .
Earlier in the week on arrival we were left standing around while Tui staff tried to locate the bus and driver to bring us to our apartment. Anyone who enquired why there was a delay were dismissed in a rude manner without a reason given .
TUI's coach transfers would appear to be shambolic.
TUI were contacted on our return from holidays on both occasions, no response from them and no compensation offered for taxi fare that we were out of pocket for .
If booking with them it might be best to organise and pay for your own transfer , an extra cost on already high prices
