I have to give them 1 star because the option for 0 stars isn’t there!! without I doubt, the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with their customer service is non-existent you cannot get hold of anybody to talk about any part of a parking fine claim appeal or complaint. In my opinion this company should not be allowed to operate because they do not give you any option to contact them whatsoever to any degree that can help me. An absolute joke of the company..

We're a moving company providing our services to a customer at an apartment in Kings Cross Estate London on 27/05/2025 at 14:04:34 packing and moving them, sweating hard to earn our money then we have a parking ticket come through our door all despite our customer booking parking 2 weeks in-advance with the concierge of the building showing us where to park promising we wouldn't get a ticket and that our vehicle was registered on their system yet we got a ticket, our van is fully wrapped indicating we are a moving company with all of our services on all sides which shows in the pictures of the van taken by the warden, we can't leave the back of the vans doors open as they contain expensive moving equipment as well as peoples personal belongings as we're moving them.

They then decide to send us countless letters harassing us for payment despite appealing it, and having the parking registered, not sure how companies like this are ethical to operate from the way they do things it's all mumbo jumbo.

This is legal robbery, and this company is a expert in taking people's money. I was issued a ticket for parking over the line as the car parked next to me was parked in an angle i could not fit in the bay, so i appealed and explained that i would not be able to open my door if i parked within the bay they refused my appeal and told me fine was correct. So i guess its a standard process there is no apeal panel If you appeal they will still say you are wrong and have to pay. Then they offer you to appeal again separately with a independent board but you will end up paying more of the decision goes against you so the catch is you end up paying the initial £60. UKPC making money on people's pain. Well done for being the best of the worst company.

These scammers sent me a ticket for 60£ for parking for more than 90 minutes. Was about to pay but luckily checked the car journey history which revealed the I only been there for 50 minutes. Sent them all the evidence and asked for cancellation of ticket and an apology plus reprimanding their wardens.
But instead got back a demand to pay reduced charge of 30£. Couldn't believe they had the audacity to do this.
Lodged an appeal last night and they withdraw this morning. I do not do bad reviews but these kind of companies should be named and shamed. And need intervention by government agencies to ban these scammers.

I was issued a Parking Charge Notice and wanted to appeal. However, as soon as I paid, they immediately closed the case and stated that appeals are no longer accepted after payment. If you try to appeal first, they demand payment before even considering it.

This feels like a catch-22 designed to prevent genuine challenges. Paying shouldn’t automatically mean you lose your right to appeal. It’s unfair and lacks transparency. Beware if you want to dispute the charge — they basically force you to pay first and then shut down any further review.

Not a customer-friendly or fair process at all.

Parked in a disabled bay, but due to distraction from my son's behaviour leaving the car ahead of me (he needs full supervision) I forgot to place his disabled badge in windscreen No fee would have been due wherever I parked, so it was purely positioning near the door. I received a parking for of £60, rising to £100 if unpaid. I explained what had happened and provided photos of both the disability badge for my son and the venue booking (disabled and carer). Despite this, UKPC insisted on levying a fine - albeit £20, and then also even charged an extra "admin fee" of £1.50 when I made the online AUTOMATED payment. The law truly needs changing to deal with these practices. There was categoric physical evidence of correct parking, and no fee due anyway, yet such is the greed and immorality of this company it insisted on exploiting the situation with my son's behaviour for financial gain. Added to that, the correspondence itself is threatening, intended to scare and blackmail people into paying. Even the statutory mrntion of an appeals process comes with the threat of vastly increased fees, costs, debt collectors and court action if you lose. What a disgusting company and group of people.

I am writing in dispute and to appeal the fraudulent penalty charge I received on 17/05/2025 whilst parked at Gallions reach shopping park -A-D, E6 7ER, due to staying 10 minutes more than the maximum stay of 4 hours. My daughter became ill and I had to take her to the restroom till she was bit better. I tried to find security so I could ask if I could pay or if there was something I could do since it had been 10 minutes more. However I couldn’t find anyone, so I asked one of the workers and was told that it was fine and there was nothing to worry about. So after getting the wrong information from the staff and with my daughter in terrible condition I left assuming it was okay.

I have had to appeal three parking tickets on different occasions and in different vehicles. Each appeal was won after providing proof of payment,

It appears that the ticket machines are useless at confirming when customers pay and enter their reg numbers.

A complete waste of time and unwanted stress dealing with appeals.

UKPC are unjust and unfair

They are harassing me for a £60 PCN when I am a paying customer, followed their appeals process with proof of payment made and they came back saying my evidence was invalid???

Absolute 🤠. Keep all payments, receipts and paperwork and keep fighting people as the tactics they employ are unjust. Just read their Google Reviews for the things they do

I would give 0 stars if I could.
UKPC shamelessly penalized an honest customer who spent hard-earned money at Stevenage Leisure Park. I received a £100 fine for allegedly parking outside the lines — but only because the car next to me encroached on my space. I adjusted slightly into a neighboring bay that was already half-blocked by a large flower planter, making it unusable for any other vehicle.

I appealed to POPLA, but it was a waste of time — no support or understanding of the circumstances. I will never use a UKPC-managed car park again. The whole experience has been utterly frustrating and unfair. Shame on UKPC for treating genuine customers like this.

Did not send out first letter with lower fine. Sent second letter with £100 fine. I appealed and paid the charge of £5 to appeal. No reply. Another letter sent out demanding £100 fine with red Final Reminder.
They are a law unto themselves!

UKPC and similar Organized criminal companies are biggest crooks which contracted by the crooks. Cancels are penniless and trying to make income by screwing the people who are already struggling to make their living.
Government don't do nothing at all. Because of income. SUITS THEM.
I appealed and send them few photos of cars parked similar position and ask them, if these cars had the penalty notices or not.
Of course no answers to my question. THEY REPLIED. JUST SAYING THAT, APPEAL NOT ACCEPTED.
AM I SURPRISED?

They are disgusting parasites and I always say Karma does not forget anyones address. They are con artists. First of all I was parked in a disabled bay using my disabled badge so I shouldnoty have gotten this fine in the first place. They said they sent the first letter out, which I never received. They then sent a second letter out with a £100 fine which I did received and appealed straight away, and then they ignored my appeal and sent me a final letter with the amount now at £170 and said I no longer have the chance to appeal and must pay within 7 days or its going to debt collectors. How can a company get away with this con without no one regulating this.

Disabled sister's car broke down. Had to stay in McDonald's car park until RAC came. Got the £100 fine. Appealed giving evidence of multiple McDonald's purchases and RAC details. Appeal was rejected. Disgusting company.

Terrible corrupt company....should be illegal ...break the law to grab your money....

I appeal a parking charge and was asked to provide evidence of payments made, you can't add information to an appeal that has been started so I sent in via email and received and automated confirmation of this being received. I then get an email from them saying that as no supporting evidence was received the appeal had ended and the £60 fine needed to be paid.
Have emailed them again but other than an automated reply have had do contact other than a further demand to pay.
The communication with this company is shocking and you get the feeling that it is just an automated process with no human decision making.
I am still refusing to pay as I am not accepting that there appeal process has been appropriately completed.

These people are cash grabbers not fit for purpose.

Out of bay parking when some other idiot parked so badly that it set the trend for the entire row of parking.

Total cash grab, I even suspect the initial car parked badly to be an employee of UKPC, I am conducting research to legally delve deeper into this outrage.

Only because you have give a star recieved a invoice through the post no knowledge of the fine. Car incorrectly parked i had a valid blue badge plus all wheels in the parking bay backend of car may have been over line because other motorist had their car bonnet over the parking bay line and i have a bigish car which takes a full bay have appealed

This company needs to have any lic once required withdrawn. This is the second year I have stayed in a hotel and signed in to parking only to receive a ticket and threatening further upgraded charge. They know I stayed there and know they can BULLY most people to pay. I have now been offered a chance to submit further documentation online but of course the computer says NO. I will now have to send a letter. Appaling service; Bullies and not at all interested in the people they are meant to serve. Zero out of Ten.

Received a ticket while in a disabled bay whilst waiting for my council to issue a new blue badge . My new badge was in the post and is dated three days before the so called offence took place. My council had told me I could use my badge for twelve weeks after expiring as the process of renewing can take that long. Have tried to speak with a representative of UKPC but no one seems to be able to answer and I have had no response to any emailed messages. The only humans I can contact are a so called debt recovery firm who want their money despite me explaining to them that I will not be paying them.
