They're absolutely awful to get in contact with they issue a series of contact numbers and most of them are not recognised. They're that bad I'm beginning to wonder if they're a legitimate organisation!

The so called parking attendant deliberately avoids taking photos of the dashboards of the cars showing the blue badge he only takes photos of the front and rear of the car , so he can get his commission and they target the disabled knowing they are a vulnerable group and they threaten anyone who points this out to them check youtube where there is a recording of this happening

Stopped to console my young baby and got a parking ticket. I didn’t leave the car or car.

That’s why England goes forward with companies like that , with no monitoring whatsoever

The same day emailed the company never got reply, today received fine for a 100

No parking warnings or clear signs got parking ticket , won’t pay it I know private companies like UKPC and parking eye cannot enforced the tickets , so no CCJ and no debt recovery there are many cases to support this , so I’m simply going to ignore any reminder come .

We went on holiday for 3 weeks 17 December. Got back 8th January. Opened mail to final demand for £100, then the original fine of £50 for a parking notice 5th December. Letter dated 8th Dec. We didn't receive the first letter due to postal strike. We appealed straight away, but out of the 28 day limit. Automatic response of 'it could take 35 days to reply.' Then received letter from debt collection agency ZZPS demanding £170.00. Rang them and explained the situation. They are not interested. I am responsible for the mail being opened whilst away apperantly. Told to contact Royal Mail and complain. Nothing they can do. Now received final warning letter from ZZPS, 5 days after it is dated, saying I have 14 days to pay. Otherwise they will get Enforcement agencies involved. Still not heard from UKPC appeal, and you can't talk to anyone.

Received a ticket for unintentionally parking with my wheel touching a yellow line. There were a number of other cars in the same location in the full car park without tickets (I checked first). I paid the parking charges and didn't block anybody. Returning to my car after visiting the hospital I see that all of the cars had been ticketed. The appeals website does not have any details of my ticket reference so no way to even VIEW the appeals form and no way to contact them.

Disgusting company. Paid the fee to park in a relatively quiet car park to take my children to cinema and shops. Left space for the neighbouring vehicle and because my wheel marginally crossed into next bay I received the £60 fine. Contacted the company, explained the situation and was given the same ultimatum of paying 60 ot 100 and behind hounded by debt agency.

Parked in a parent and child bay for a few minutes as no other places 6th December so busy. Just received parking fine this morning 9th January because of postal strike and Christmas. Can't speak to anyone £40 went to £100 after 14 days and can't appeal cos over 28 days. Paid the £100 in disgust these people need a customer service number and understand time of year and strikes

Parking letter turns up late on my door step due to the postal strikes. I wrote appealed on the 14th Dec 2022 on the day I received the fine and still today not received a response. Today I get a final reminder with increased fees. Total disgrace and illegal. Respond to my appeal first before we talk about anything else. Maybe let's take this to court and see who wins? Follow the correct legal process before sending stupid treating letters! Later dated 7th Dec and it came in today. Either you are back dating letters and fraudulently or its the post. So which option would ukpc like to take? If I do receive a response in the next few days I will be taking you as a company to court. Look forward to hearing from you.
Also tried calling the numbers supplied but usless. Not able to speak to anyone. Bullying won't help.

I decided to to to Century Retail Park in Watford as it is a one stop shop for Christmas Presents given the range of great stores there. I also needed to get a new oven in time for Christmas and had to do my research as well as speak to an advisor. I visited Currys, Hobbycraft, Aldi, TK Maxx, Home Sense and Pets at Home. I forgot what time I parked as well as lost sense of time as I was Christmas Shopping for lots of presents and wasn't able to make instant decisions. I spent over £200 shopping at Century Retail Park.
I stayed just 30 mins over the allowed time of 3 hours and have been fined £100 (£60 for payment within 14 days). Absolutely outrageous and disgraceful. There are 8 major retailers on this site and anyone visiting can easily spend more than 3 hours here. Watford is a major shopping destination and other carparks are pay on exit.
The penalty for overstaying at Century Retail Park is simply outrageous. Do those major retailers know how their customers are being treated? I will be letting them ALL know. I will never go to Century Retail Park again and will advise friends and colleagues of what has happened.

Absolutely terrible.

Firstly I got a pcn for being less than 5 minutes over the time as I had suffered a recent bereavement and had met up with a friend to help me as I was struggling.
I got the charge but no letter for the original £50 pcn was issued to me.
Firstly £50 is excessive for being less then 5 minutes over, secondly the signs are not dyslexic friendly and I find them super confusing, thirdly I was issued a pcn but my friend was not and still hasn't been issued even though they was over too.
I then got a letter demanding £100 which I explained as I never recieved the first initial letter then I shouldn't be forced to pay £100 and the error was on their side. I also explained that if they wanted me to pay they needed to do in installments.
They accepted but didn't arrange the installments, I tried ringing on the phone line - no option takes you to a human.
I tried writing letters - no one replies back to you
I tried making installment payment in a post office using the letter - it wouldn't allow it.
I tried making partial payments on the phone and online - can't be done.

If I could pay in full, I would. But since the bereavement I've become the sole carer for my dad. I cannot afford to pay the amount in full. When appealing I tried to save to make the bulk payment if they didn't get back to me but only managed to save £30.

Something needs to do be done so that people in my position can pay the charge. If you can't offer installments then that's on them 🤷

When I appealed I explained I could only pay in installments and they accepted it. If they accept it, they should have a means for someone to do so.

If I could leave a 0* review I would. Absolute con artists and scammers. Government should investigate this company immediately because their working practices are disgusting and possibly against every ethical code in existence. All employees and associates with the firm are deffinately damned to hell 100% for sure. How can they sleep at night knowing that they're robbing hard working people of money by not responding within the 14 days to dispute automatically causing the fine to go up. First letter was sent 4 months after the issue so you can imagine the costs. Can't contact a human to appeal and it's over 20 odd days till you hear back so the costs multiply. Any company's using this firm should immediately relinquish all ties and stop helping these scammers commit daylight robbery on hard working people

Takes you 5 days to issue my charge..
Took exactly a month for me receive my first letter( apparently my 2nd) with no previous contact.

Had 14 days to pay but date on the letter means was delivered to me BY POST 6 days after that date so only 6 days to pay up or goes to higher cost by to my disgrase it had already gone to £170 charge before 14days were up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what's the problem with sending my letter or anyone's elses 1st class??

Also I counted 3 different phone numbers All lead to same altomated bollucks and u can't deal with a human or appeal in time.... THAT'S WHERE THE SCAM IS!!!!!!!

My opinion is if you have the time... Take these morons to court... Have fun with them and make them freak out seeing your face for the first time as you screw them over for hard earned money.

Worst company anywhere... Waste of time and patience.

Stopped at KFC car park 10 mins before they opened. Not to use KFC but because my partner had been taken ill. 6 months later received a letter from debt collectors for £170! Apparently they had written to me at my old address and because I hadn't responded the debt increased and had no right of appeal. Tried to argue l hadn't received the letters and the present occupier hadn't received any mail for me, but it was pointless, they are not interested. I honestly believe they didnt write to me as checking with the DVLA they had my new address. They wouldn't accept my reason for stopping even though I had to call an ambulance! They just want paying. It's impossible to get through to anyone, they have no compassion, they are just sharks.

Parking Cowboys… can’t contact them by the telephone phone or email. … discrimination if you’re disabled and need to to speak to some one directly ..

Appalling firm - got a parking ticket for overstaying the time limit for which I hadn't even seen the signs! My appeal was refused although I stated that I was taking my elderly mother shopping and due to her mobility problems it takes a very long time to shop.
We apparently went over the time limit of two hours? I assumed that as we were in a disabled bay with a valid blue badge there was a 3 hour limit - no signs to the contrary in the disabled bay parking spaces! No humanity in this firm at all - will ensure never to park in UKPC car park again!

total scam . used a carpark that i found the retail site i wanted to visit ,had now shut down ( wonered why so few cars parked ). walked to another nearby shop ,was gone no more than 15 mins and got a £60 fine. The warden must have been hiding or sitting in his car.
2hours max stay - why would anyone expect that you are not allowed to leave the site ??

the most useless company they should be shut down!!
