Made an appeal due to parking just out of a marked bay due to the car next to us. Fine was initially £35 if paid ASAP but if we made an appeal the fine would be place on hold. Surprise surprise like many others the appeal was rejected. Now they are asking for £100! Can’t get through to them via telephone, keeps saying your tenth in line. Not able to speak to anyone. Con men running this organisation! Needs looking into!

I received a £60 parking ticket which I appealed, the email response states that if you have not received a response to your appeal with in 35 days you have to contact us on 0333 220 1070. I have tried to contact Them this no on numerous occasions with no success. I was waiting last decision the appealent.l have now received a £160 fine from a debt recovery it's goodness and merceless. no challenge ukpc appeals against the people.

Charged for parking on my street- with permit visible, just a lazy warden! Tried to appeal and had no response not even an acknowledgement for over 3 months but then received a demand from a debt collection agency!! Spoke to customer services who admitted fault but still wanted to charge us and wouldnt cancel with their debt collection agency - they are so atrocious that we ended up paying the fine because it wasn’t worth my time having to argue with these people - career criminals!!

My girlfiend is disabled with significant mobility probs and receives government disability benefits. Now you may think that she would have a Blue Badge, but it is not that simple, and the scheme does not apply on private land.
Got a ticket for using a disabled bay at retail park private land. The warden had then gone. There were no signs saying 'blue badge only' apart from on a sign in the middle of the car park, with small print of course. So in other words their need for a permit not applicable to private land is situated where a disabled person would struggle to get to it.
It isn't a legal request anyway, since the spaces have to be for any disabled or mobility troubled person, not just a blue badge holder (now very hard to get this) - they are breaking the 2010 disability act - but guess what, their website bosats of 'disabled acreditation'.
Is now going to be a pain dealing with these scammers - I'd have been prepared to call them otherwise if they had actually mentioned that they wanted to see a non-applicable blue badge at the space itself, but that might reduce their ability to give out tickets, right?

BTW - keep screenshots of all website failures and log dates and times you tried to contact them -all useful if they do try and go to small claims court - I've just had a website error trying to make an appeal to these jokers.

UTTER criminal scumbags. Company's like these CRIMINALS are the cancer on society. I can not wish enough illwill on criminal mafia like them.
Parked in a disabled bay but forgot to display badge chased round found somene who said appeal send copy of badge and it WOULD be squashed. Nope just reduced PROBABLY BECAUSE DO TO COVID 19 LOCKDOWN THEIR CRIMINAL COFFERS ARE NOT AS FULL as they would like.
It is way past time mafia organisations like this where shut down if they become homeless GOOD ! lets get the message through society hates scumbags like these.

Today is boxing day a public holiday, I live in a residential area were we have permits, most of the residents have family to visit! I walked my dog and there the warden was checking all the car come on its bloody christmas is there no let up with you guys! Shame on you

Really bad experience with these guys, is clear they don't really want to listen to any appeal as it takes really long and can only be done on-line!! For payments though ironically lots of options!! On the phone it says they're open 10-12 and 14-16 but finding out every day they "have a large volume of customers" and "currently in position 15!!!!! I waited 15 minutes and barely got to 8th position in queue! I made an appeal on-line and their only answer was a letter thanking me for paying, saying that the letter is proof of it (even I have a receipt already) and that the "matter is now settled". I wish them goodluck getting the next payment of me! Totally unnacceptable and unreasonable.

How these companies are aloud to stay open is beyond me. Nothing but career criminals that are aloud to rip you off legally. Government should be ashamed not doing anything about them.
