Parked over white line there response was to read the signs, no number to contact, wish I had the time to read the signs look after dad with dementia full time and spend 4 hours a day at the hospital with my mother

If there was less than one star to rate this firm I would use it ! My car was ticketed in a disabled bay for being slightly over the lines , there was extenuating circumstances which I set out in my appeal .
I received an email supposedly with the result of my appeal saying “click here “. I could not get the result and there is nowhere to reply to them , I have had to pay £60 !!!! This firm needs investigating by the government it seems to have powers to demand money with nowhere for anyone to question them , if you do not pay you are threatened with an even bigger fine of £100 !!! Absolutely disgusting !!

these are really ripe offs, you can't contact them and they will never accept your appeal, they just like ripping off people, worst human beings.

When you submit your appeal it says 35 days for a response yet you only get the option to pay within 14 days.. makes no sense. I like someone’s term from another review below “parasites” - sums them up.

dropped my girlfriend off at the station and helped her up the ramp with her heavy suitcase. Left the car for less than 1 minute and was given a £100 fine. Appealed and was turned down,

Shame you can't give zero stars. Absolute disgrace of a company. Purely set up to rob people. Parasites! Lost my appeal and sent an email contacting UKPC to ask if I could set up a payment plan. No response. Chased them 4 weeks later and still nothing. Two weeks following I receive a dept recovery letter for £160, I have no choice but to pay it now. These companies should be either regulated correctly or made illegal

Really got shocked by getting a £100 fine for dropping off a passenger at Royal armoires in Leeds I'm an uber driver and I don't work much 😢 I had to pay the fine had no choice as they made it very hard for people to dispute it. it's a total rip off the Leeds City council should do something about it as we all pay too much taxes. It's not fair, all car drivers are treated badly by the council. It's a total rip off.

This company are a rip off, they sent my wife a fine for parking in Newport, the carpark she used had changed the waiting time from 3 to 2 hours so she returned to the car and came home a week later we had a notice for £60. Disgusted, if the shops in Newport want shoppers to keep coming then they need to make the parking understood

Got a £60 fine for not parking with marked bay lines, the place I parked does not have any marks on it.
Ticket was issued in the 90 seconds it took me to go to machine to pay
Think they must be on targets to catch as many drivers as possible

They are waiting to rip you off. It was pitch dark and had touched the yellow line and hatched area a little bit and they gave me a PCN and even refused to let me off on appeal.

really rubbish and corrupt company,they ripping your money of in any ways and pushing you pay for fine which you not suppose to have in first place...

Impossible to contact this company disgusting how they can still be trading feel totally ripped off

On receipt of letter stating parking fine said you have 28 days to pay or appeal to POPLA body (so called independent body). Requested a paper appeal form POPLA which took 7 days to arrive. Completed this and returned with photo copies and photograph to back the appeal. They replied 2 weeks later to say that they could not consider it as the 28 days had expired with the existing Verification Code.. They said to contact UKPC and ask if they would issue a new Verification Code. I found that it is impossible to contact them by phone or email. 2 days later UKPC had passed the charge collection to a debt collection company called Debt Recovery Plus who said that the parking charge had gone up from the original £60 to £160. I contacted them to explain the reason for the delay and an appeal had been made. They said that the letter off UKPC saying you have 28 days to make an appeal to POPLA body is actually 28 days in total time allowed from the date of the parking infringement to POPLA appeal decision. I explained that their letter said to lodge an appeal not that this was the TOTAL TIME PERIOD including the appeal time period.
It is clear to me that the whole system is designed time wise that an appeal will fail. So please take note about the 28 days period letter is there to totally to mislead you and the appeal to fail.

One star is too many. Got a parking ticket in Tritton retail park Lincoln. The shop hadn't opened when we arrived so popped over to Morrisons to buy some paracetamol because my daughter had a headache and got back as the shop opened only to find I had a £60 parking fine because I had left the site. I appealed but it was rejected. The parking attendant watches you. I had no idea you could be fined even when the shops are shut. It's a scam and the more people know about this the better. I did buy things in the shop but will never go to that retail park again.

Like one or two others I have had a reasonable response from UK Parking Appeals. Forgot to display my Blue Badge and got parking charge. Sent an appeal with copy of Blue Badge and Charge has been withdrawn.

Discussing company !!! ticketing disabled people when they are in the bay i will damage your property like you have mine corrupt and they wonder why lakeside shopping centre went bust its because of Scum company's like this i dont shop there anymore !! a disabled bay is 3.6 meters with space for wheel chair !! if ya need more room on the right because you are disabled so you issue a ticket do pic of disabled bay no pic of disabled badge and you refused my appeal not fit for purpose

I had a tenant not displaying his permit as required due to his having had an accident and using a replacement car ..Not able to access the permit left in the damaged car 50 miles away at repairers .UKPLC took all information on board and dealt with issues professionally and fairly IMHO -They deserve credit here !! I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at their attitude!!

Seem VERY dodgy to me. Pursuing me for a parking charge for a car I sold two years before the alleged parking offence. They kept giving me bogus numbers and false information so I couldn't appeal or contact anyone. Terrible.

I inadvertently parked without displaying my blue badge and was ticketed.
I appealed and was most surprised when it was allowed.
It only goes to show that they are compassionate and understanding, what criteria they use I don’t know, but the appeal system seems to work.

I just want to say thank you for your gesture of goodwill. You have dealt with my appeal very quickly and professionally.
