Placed my first order with UMRS last week for a pair of Hoka Speedgoat 3 shoes, which were on sale at an incredible price compared to anywhere else. They arrived the next day, packaged in a paper sack rather than a plastic bag, which I appreciated. Excellent service, a great range of products and some remarkably good prices. I'll definitely be visiting again!

Quick delivery, good price & good quality product.

Ordered two pairs of Hokas. Less than 24h later they arrived to Denmark. The Danish Postnord delivered them to my address four days later.

I will not hesitate to buy from UMRS again.

Purchased a pair of Injinji Ultra Socks from UMRS. They arrived with a small hole between the toes of one of the socks.

I contacted the store via email, and they sent a new pair immediately. In fact, I had the replacement pair within 24 hours of the faulty socks arriving!

I placed my first order online this week and due to an IT glitch the order went through twice. Many suppliers would have just processed both orders. But I got an email from Suzanne checking to see if it was indeed a duplicate order. Only one order was dispatched whilst they awaited my response and then the refund was immediately auctioned. First time buying from Ultramarathon Running Store, in a last minute change of seller, based largely on the massively positive reviews on Trustpilot.
Ordered My Hoka's in a half size that no one else seemed to have without charging the earth for them, at a great price (and manage to find further discount coupon) and had it delivered next day to the Scottish Highlands with the 1-2 tracked delivery option. This alone is a marvel as half the world still treats the Highlands as a distant island when it comes to shipping.
Absolutely perfect experience, and will looking no further for future purchases.

This is the 3rd pair of Hoka running shoes I've purchased from Ultramarathon Running Store and again wasn't dissapointed. Great quality product, delivered super fast and at a competitive price. Very impressed.

Ultramarathonrunningstore is great. Service is great and there are zero issues that I've experienced having shopped there twice. Skip the big websites with sketchy pricing and uncertainty and support a smaller and better equipped online store like Ultramarathonrunningstore. I will continue to get things like Drymax socks from and I would recommend everyone else to do the same!

I have Platar Fascilitis running was painful. I read about Hoka running shoes and decided to give them a try. Hoka Elevon running shoes are the best I’ve ever tried, at 68 I’ve tried a lot and have ran eight marathons. With Platar Fascilitis I thought my running days were over but these shoes are so comfy. The problem I had was getting another pair the correct size. I emailed Keith and he emailed straight back and said he had a pair in stock. His prompt reply and easy to use web site made me very happy. I will recommend to all my running friends.

I recently purchased a UD running pack but unfortunately the loop which stops the bottle tubes flapping around wasn’t attached properly. They exchanged immediately! Fantastic customer service and always have a good stock of items. Would highly recommend these guys for your gear definite 5*!

Ordered Thursday afternoon, shoe dispatched within an hour of ordering and then arrived the following Friday morning. I was extremely impressed and the packaging and communication was excellent. I would gladly shop with the Ultramarathon Store again.

Always great service and speedy delivery.The mark of a good company is how they deal with problems.I needed to return a faulty salomon hydration vest due to an elastic problem. The vest was returned with a copy of the reciept and a short cover note and within a couple of day's I had my replacement. 10/10 Ultramarathon Store.

I'm an American consumer of running products and whenever I need something, my first action is to bring up the Ultramarathon Running Store website. I have yet to be disappointed in their products election, usually finding items better than what I anticipated. And the prices are at competitive, often better than other outlets.

Their order processing is perfect and delivery to North Carolina from the UK is just as fast as anything I order in the US.

I have recommended this business to a number of runners and outdoor enthusiasts and willingly do so here.

I find Ultramarathon Running Store to have consistently good stock levels of quality products. I've purchased before from their online store and was reassured enough by previous experience to repeat on this occasion. Delivery was prompt and within the expected timeframe and confirmation of order immediate.

I placed an order for new Hoka OneOne shoes at 3.30pm Wed - arrived Thursday morning. What fantastic service and brilliant price. Also a bar of Chia Charge in the box as well :)
