Absolutely amazing company, ordered my Hoka Speed Goat 2 on the afternoon of the 28th December and I received them the morning of the 29th December. I ordered a couple of small items 2 days ago (race foldable cups), selecting the 2nd class post option. The items arrived today (pre 12pm) and were of great quality & almost a 3rd cheaper of comparable items on other sites. Couldn't rate the site more highly. Thank you :)

Service was fantastic! Immediate confirmation of the order and within 2 hours, received confirmation that the item had been shipped. I had paid a marginal additional fee to secure delivery within 2 days, but delighted that I received the item within 24 hours of purchase. Couldn't have asked for more.

Got my new Hoka one ones at a great price (cheapest compared to all other pages I looked) and they arrived within 5 days after I ordered them (free delivery), the shoes were packaged well and there was even a little goodie inside (a chia seed/ flap jack energy bar)! Ordered a running vest over the August bank holiday, was despatched first working day (Tuesday) and received 2 days later by 2nd class post.

Placed order on Saturday 25th August, and although a bank holiday followed this weekend, I still received my order on Thursday 30th. Very happy with the service and the nice touch of a flapjack inside the package too!

From time of order 4.30pm Thursday 23rd August, I received delivery this morning (Saturday 25th August) and Packed well too.

Despite a mistake is sending just two instead of three items I had ordered when I notified them of this error on a Saturday I received an instant reply noting the mistake followed by confirmation email on the Monday that the missing item was resent. Superb, quick reaction to an honest mistake. Will use again!

Brilliant service. I couldn't work out how to use the closure mechanism on my new reservoir I'd ordered from the store and they emailed me pictures! Mystery of using it is now solved. Very happy customer. Will certainly order from them again.
