After one run in my new Hokas, I soon realised that they were too small. I returned them for a possible exchange, being entirely honest that they had been used, however briefly. Although I did not get an exchange, I was not disappointed in Ultramarathon Running Store. The shoes did show some wear, so I understand. It was my mistake wearing them outside.
The main things are that the price was excellent, delivery quick and Keith even posted them back to me for a second time at his own expense and did not make an issue of it.
I will definitely consider Ultramarathon Running store for myself and my wife in the future. I will also recommend them to friends who run.

The company were quick to deliver and provided excellent service. Would highly recomend over those rather faceless companies

I bought Hoka shoes on 19/02/2017. A different model arrived. I had to repack them, go to post office and send them back. Then no news for weeks until I finally got the shoes I ordered this morning (20/03/17), just over a month after my original purchase.
In the meantime I sent several emails trying to get a tracking number that were simply ignored (turns out they don't use tracked post!).
My experience with ultramarathonrunningstore was very frustrating and their customer service obviously do not care. I will not buy from them again.

Very very pleased with my shopping experience with these guys. Customer service was superb, responded within minutes to my enquiry at 9pm, thank Keith! I chose standard first class delivery and the item arrived the next day. I ordered the Ultimate Direction SJ Ultra Vest 3.0. It was competitively priced and these guys even threw in a free Ultimate Direction Body Bottle Plus, this sells for £18 normally! Absolutely brilliant. I completely recommend to everyone.

Due to the unusually long delivery time to the Netherlands (20 days from order) I had sent them lots of queries and complaints.
They always replied on my emails promptly and in a very polite, professional way.
I would use them again.

I bought a running vest from the online store and it arrived within 2 days standard delivery. Everything was packaged securely and the product was great but unfortunately didn't fit quite right. I returned it asking for a monetary refund so I could buy another, possibly another brand and everything again went smoothly, refunded quickly and no hassle at all. Based on that being my first transaction and everything going so well I trust these guys, will be the place I go from now on for all my higher end running gear purchases.

I made an order with them in December. Before buying, I had various questions about the items. So I contacted them over the e-mail and received fast replies with the right amount of information in them.

They shipped my order the following morning and it took 1 day for it to arrive. So their standard delivery within UK is very fast and their UK shipping charges within UK are OK as well.

So it's everything you would expect from good internet store. I would do an order with them again if there is such need in the future
