Lewis has been very responsive and always replies to queries very quickly. It is very comforting to have someone friendly, positive, approachable, and supportive.

My home review was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. I was given a prompt record of the review and any actions required have already been referred onwards. Georgia and Jason were very professional, however, they were also friendly and approachable and made us feel at ease.

Georgia has been great, keeping me informed of all step by step procedures etc. I’d also like to mention Jason, they’ve both been very friendly, very prompt with their responses especially over the last year. They’re always really accommodating and approachable.

Getting a home and moving in is a thing , the way my application was organised in professionalism way i really like it .the Umega staff Catherine ensured I got all the information, responded quickly when I needed and organised my viewing, staff Lewis also was there to support with a home tour and moving in enquires. A big thanks to the team.

My experience has been beyond wonderful with UMega and they have gone above and beyond to make things so easy. I am very happy to say I have not had a problem with them at all and they are polite, efficient and trustworthy. Lewis Walker in particular has been very helpful when it has come to organising maintenance and has been very polite, supportive and accommodating. If you ask me, UMega is the best!

Umega is an amazing company. The homes a beautiful throughout. Very spacious and perfect layout. Management are fabulous. No job is too small and they are on top of it very quickly. Lewis walker developer manager is amazing. Quick to reply with a solution if anything’s happens. 10/10

The service that Lewis has provided has been amazing since I moved into my property, whenever I have had any issues with my property he makes sure to have a contractor out as soon as possible, Lewis also follows up to make sure everything is fixed and if there is anything else he can do which I really appreciate. All contractors who have came to my property to fix work have all been polite and amazing.
