The Western Villages is a great complex, clean and quiet.

Due to the Solar panels that are installed and I assume the insulation, my electricity and heating spend averages £50 a month; which is very economical.

I honestly think that I have one of the best 1 bedroom flats in the city.

Lewis Walker always responds quickly and resolves all housing issues.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Lewis as my property manager. He is always friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Communication is excellent and any queries or issues I’ve had have been handled quickly and effectively.
Whenever I’ve needed help with something, Lewis has been quick to respond and has always kept me updated. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly and I’ve always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. Lewis is very approachable and helpful and what I appreciate most is that he’s professional without being overly formal or distant. It’s clear that he cares about doing a good job and making sure tenants feel supported.
Overall, I’ve been very happy with the support I’ve received and would highly recommend him. Thank you for all your help over the past year.

I have lived in a new build flat managed by umega for nearly a year now. I'm very impressed with the way umega and in particular, our amazing project manager Lewis Walker run the development. Repairs are actioned swiftly and professionally and Lewis is always just an email away if there are any issues. Hes our friendly neighbourhood project manager!

We had an issue with our heating grant popped in to help as our son has disability and special needs . Next day engineer from Umega popped out and fixed the issue very happy with the outcome heating back on .
