This is an excellent way to save at the same time of getting a loan as a percentage of your loan repayment goes into your savings account. Its local which helps local people and they are quick and efficient and they have excellent rates. There is also a loan for everyone.

I have saved with the credit union for at least 20 years now. I have recommended the credit union to family and friends they also have accounts now. You can save and borrow, the thing I like is if you take a loan the interest is lower then any of the banks and you still have to save. 😁 it’s got even easier now you can do every thing electronically if you choose. They staff are lovely. Very helpful professional and Pleasant nothing is to much trouble. 👌

I recently opened a saving account with Unify. It was very easy to do on the website and the staff at the office were great when I rang up to ask a question. Even better when I sent them an email with a question I got a phone call first thing next morning from my local branch. So much nicer than dealing with the usual call centre operation and being on hold for hours.
