Super easy to order. Many good options to choose from

easy to order, just one thing when i wnated to order the shampoo the website did not take me to shampoo products, i ordered the shampoo as an add on after I had checked out. it would be easier to be able to add to cart as I search for what I want, you can still give the option of add on but give me the option to see on website as well. overall everything was fine, can't wait to receive my products so my son can start using them. thank you

Our first order arrived quickly, and thankfully my son doesn’t mind the products. Unfortunately, our experience with the second order has been completely different.

We placed our second order on 4 August, and it is now 2 September and the products still haven’t even been shipped. That is an absolutely ridiculous delay, especially when the products are something we rely on regularly.

We’ll now be looking for an alternative product for our son, as we simply can’t wait this long for an order to be processed.

Very disappointing experience. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I can’t write a review on the product itself as I never received it. It’s been a month and the product hasn’t even been shipped. So my 1 star (0 stars) is for the customer service and dispatch at this point. I only wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase as this appears to be a very common theme!!!! I was also tricked into a subscription which I have since cancelled. This business will go bust if they don’t get their act together.

Manly without request, gave continues updates on your order which is exstremely rare with anything you buy on-line. Thier products are original and do not have that overpowering scent that most male hygienic products have. Now all I can smell is fresh and clean on a very hard working adult son. These products also don't over power or clash with his expensive aftershaves that he likes to wear when going to his social outings. We purchased the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and deodorant in the same citrus scent and would most certainly buy again.

The site made it pretty easy for me to find what I was looking for. Give them a shot it's a hell of a lot better that putting 100 chemicals in your body you don't want or need. Its only your health your dealing with.

It's a great product. I bought some for myself and my grandson who is almost 15 and he loves it. The only problem, it took me a month to get mine because they sold out faster than they thought they would. You better order today!

Products displayed and described clearly. Easy to choose and check out. Took less than a minute to place the order.

Ordered on the 3rd of August, item not dispatched until 1st September. Contacted on the 22nd of August wanting a refund, given a coupon for my next purchase like im gonna make another. Overall poor service and terrible communication. No idea if the soap is any good as I've still not received it.

Ordering was easy, the site was easy to navigate. The only thing I would change is the subscription frequency is not available to change when you place an order.

Website very user friendly. Easy order process and website actually shows you what is in their products.

My only real complaint it that it doesn't seem like I can order just shampoo and conditioner, that I have to get the bundle. And it seems all of the scents aren't available when you order the bundle.
