Great product, Son loves it. Would be more convenient if the shampoo & conditioner had a pump nozzle.

I like the new scent options but I could not order just the shampoo or conditioner by itself. I dont always need the full bundle and id like an option to order those as well

The checkout was easy and the subscriptions or one time purchases were clear so that you could make your selections.

We had such high hopes for Manly products after initially having such a great experience with them. My husband and 3 teenagers all started using the products and for around 4 months we were really impressed. The products worked well, smelled great and we kept repurchasing them because we genuinely thought they were amazing.
Unfortunately, over time all four of them started becoming really reactive to the products. They developed red, irritated rashes under their arms, including my husband, which was really disappointing after having such a positive experience for the first few months.
I’m not sure what caused the reactions or whether something changed with their skin over time, but unfortunately we had to stop using the products. It’s a shame because we really loved them initially and had recommended them to others based on our experience.
I think it’s worth mentioning simply because the reaction happened to all 4 of them after several months of use, despite having no issues initially

Easy to navigate the website and quickly able to purchase my desired products

Products are ok, but it is impossible to cancel the subscription. There is nowhere in the user account to cancel. Multiple emails and contact form requesting cancellation of the subscription were not responded to. In the end I had to cancel my credit card.

Easy to order and good choice of bundles. First order so tried 2 products.

Quick and easy ordering experience

I placed an order on 18 August and, like many other reviewers still have not received a shipping notice (they say they’ll ship in 3-4 days) I am hoping I haven’t been scammed… beware of this company, as I’m not sure I’m ever going to receive my products. There are many reviews stating similar experiences…

Upon seeing Manly’s response below, I can absolutely confirm that nothing was sent to me PRIOR to my review on trust pilot!!!! Shipping and tracking emails were sent to me AFTER this review!!! I feel as though I may never have received them if it weren’t for this.
My son has now received the goods and does like them, but the customer experience really does leave a lot to be desired…

I was able to move around the ordering process to what I was exactly what I was looking for just the body wash for my teenage grandsons and was able to pick what I was looking for. Later I will probably get the packs that have everything but right now I just wanted to smell the scents to see if they were agreeable with them.

Ordering was simple. Product selection was easy to browse. Ingredient lists were easily accessible. All questions I had going in were answered before I even got to the FAQs. As an all natural, “crunchy” guy, I’m looking forward to using these products.
