Cancelling subscription impossible
Products are ok, but it is impossible to cancel the subscription. There is nowhere in the user account to cancel. Multiple emails and contact form requesting cancellation of the subscription were not responded to. In the end I had to cancel my credit card.

Still waiting for my goods!! 😡
I placed an order on 18 August and, like many other reviewers still have not received a shipping notice (they say they’ll ship in 3-4 days) I am hoping I haven’t been scammed… beware of this company, as I’m not sure I’m ever going to receive my products. There are many reviews stating similar experiences…
Upon seeing Manly’s response below, I can absolutely confirm that nothing was sent to me PRIOR to my review on trust pilot!!!! Shipping and tracking emails were sent to me AFTER this review!!! I feel as though I may never have received them if it weren’t for this.
My son has now received the goods and does like them, but the customer experience really does leave a lot to be desired…

I was able to move around the ordering…
I was able to move around the ordering process to what I was exactly what I was looking for just the body wash for my teenage grandsons and was able to pick what I was looking for. Later I will probably get the packs that have everything but right now I just wanted to smell the scents to see if they were agreeable with them.

It’s been two months since ordering now…
It’s been two months since ordering now and I still do not have the product. Why take orders when you have no product to distribute? This puts me off Already despite not having even used the product yet. And now, I would not consider repurchasing. In the interim, They have sent approximately 30 promotional emails. How about they send the product first and then try for repeat business.

We experienced unexpected stock shortages that affected the fulfilment of some orders, but we recognise that we should have communicated this much more clearly.
Please contact us with your order number, full name, or the email address used to place the order so we can locate it immediately, provide a clear update, and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We can also remove you from our promotional emails if you wish.

I placed an order over a month ago and…
I placed an order over a month ago and nothing- I’m getting a refund as no product is worth this type of money and over a month wait. If there is an issue with stock then be honest on the website and when customers are checking out, it’s misleading. What bothers me is the inability to mail some of the products while the one in back order waits. And customers that have monthly subscriptions are surely getting their products.
