Product information was straight forward - ordering was easy - there was no trying to make you order more than you wanted or could afford - I will write a more informative review after we receive the product and my grandson let's me know what he thinks.

I was offered 25% off but then I go to…
I was offered 25% off but then I go to check out it's the same as regular price. There wasn't a code or anything to put in so I'm not sure what happened
My son needs products like these because he already has a weight issue and then I find out the chemicals in the product I've been buying for him are giving him man-boobs.
The moral fiber of this country is non-existent ......time to make a change!

Very disappointed with Usemanly…
Very disappointed with Usemanly Australia — unexpected charge and order still missing
I have been waiting for my original order since 23 July 2026, which I paid for on the same day, and I still haven’t received it.
What has made this even worse is that today, 23 August 2026, money was taken from my account for products I did not order or authorise. I did not knowingly tick any box agreeing to a repeat or subscription order. Why would I agree to a repeat order when my son hasn’t even had the chance to try the original products yet?
I am extremely angry and disappointed. The money taken from my account was meant to pay for my children’s lunches this week. This is not a small issue for my family.
If this is how your company operates—automatically charging customers for repeat products without them clearly agreeing to it—I find that completely unacceptable and extremely misleading.
I want this charge immediately investigated and refunded, along with an explanation of how this repeat order was authorised.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking further action, including lodging a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and pursuing legal action if necessary.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Usemanly Australia unless this matter is properly resolved.

Waiting since 23 July for an order you’ve already paid for is frustrating enough, but then seeing another payment taken before your son has even had the chance to try the original products is understandably incredibly upsetting.
I’m especially sorry to hear that the money taken was needed for your children’s lunches this week. I completely understand why having those funds unexpectedly unavailable has made this situation so much more serious for you.
We never want a customer to feel that a subscription or recurring payment was hidden from them or that they were charged without understanding what they were agreeing to. I’d like our team to review exactly how your original order was placed, what happened with the second charge, and why your July order still hasn’t reached you.

What a great product. It does exactly what it says it will. Have two teenage boys who were very self conscious about how they smelt. This product was a game changer. And the fact you can do a subscription and don’t have to think about when you have to purchase is amazing.

Unreasonable waiting time
I placed an order on the 20th of July. It is now the 22nd of August and there’s no sign of the items. In the meantime I have received countless marketing emails and offers, leaving me bewildered at how a company can push their products so strongly yet fail to deliver.

I’m genuinely sorry you’ve been waiting since 20 July with no sign of your order. More than a month is far longer than we ever want a customer to be left waiting, and I completely understand your frustration.
I also understand how disappointing it must feel to continue receiving promotional emails while the order you’ve already paid for hasn’t arrived. Those emails are automated marketing communications, but I appreciate how poorly timed and frustrating they would feel in your situation.
We’ve experienced unexpected stock and fulfilment delays, which have unfortunately affected a number of outstanding orders. While that explains what has happened, it doesn’t excuse the lack of communication. We should have been much more proactive in keeping you informed rather than leaving you wondering where your order was.
Please reach out to our support team with your order number or the email address used for your purchase. We’d like to check your order specifically and give you a proper update rather than another general response.
I’m truly sorry we’ve let you down and that your first impression of our service has been this experience.
