I’m genuinely sorry to read this. Waiting four weeks for an order is frustrating enough, but seeing another charge while you’re still waiting for the first delivery understandably makes the situation much worse.
I also understand your concern around the subscription. We never want a customer to feel they were signed up without knowing, and I’m sorry that the purchasing experience wasn’t clear enough for you.
We’re a genuine Australian business, and while we’ve experienced significant stock and fulfilment delays, I completely understand why the combination of the delay, lack of delivery and additional charge has caused you to lose trust in us.
We’d really like to investigate both charges, check the status of your original order and review the subscription on your account. Please reach out to our support team with your order number or the email address used for your purchase, and we’ll look into this properly with you.

Website could use some work but my son loves all your products. There is lot that goes to waste though as the very hard plastic bottles with the lids that don’t remove are no good . The last bit of product can’t be squeezed out as the material it soo hard

Ordered almost a month ago
Ordered almost a month ago (30/7/26) and keep getting told that they’re waiting on stock and stock is due to arrive and when it does my order will be prioritised etc etc yet still nothing. Very disappointed! I am starting to believe this is a scam! Will be raising a dispute with my payment carrier first thing on Monday morning if I have not received a tracking number

I'm genuinely sorry you've been left waiting this long. After ordering on 30 July and repeatedly being told that stock was coming, I completely understand why you're frustrated and why you've started to lose confidence in us.
You're right to expect more than repeated updates saying we're waiting on stock. We should have communicated more clearly and kept you properly informed rather than leaving you to keep chasing for answers.
We are a genuine Australian business, and we're absolutely not trying to take your money without providing your order. We've experienced significant stock delays alongside a much higher volume of orders than anticipated, and unfortunately your order has been caught in that delay. I know that explanation doesn't make nearly a month of waiting acceptable.
We'd really like the opportunity to look into your order specifically before you need to raise a dispute. Please contact our support team with your order number or the email address used to place the order so we can check exactly where things stand and give you a proper update.
I'm truly sorry we've let you down and that your experience has reached this point. We want the opportunity to make this right for you.

I bought the gift bundle with shampoo
I bought the gift bundle with shampoo, conditioner & body soap. The shipping time took about 2 weeks. My teeagers love the product, but the cylindrical bottles are short & very small in volume. The design makes it difficult to squeeze out product.
I went online to purchase more today & had to do a double take because they completely changed the packaging. I was also unable to purchase the shampoo & conditioner. I don't know if it's no longer available or out of stock because I couldn't find the products anywhere on the website.

You're also right that the packaging has recently changed, so I can understand why the website looked quite different when you came back to reorder.
Our shampoo and conditioner haven't been discontinued. They're still part of our range and are currently available as part of our Full Tactical Kit rather than individually.

My son has a strong smell even when he showers, he has that's smell and i try everything from the stores but nothing seems to work, until one day this product pop out in Facebook and I just ordered to try it out, I was in shock when my son used it the first time, for the first time that strong smell was not there anymore he even told me that he really like it, im really happy with this product for my son, It work when nithing else did for him,
