Verilux sent my Happy Light right away. It arrived in perfect condition, with instructions I can understand! This light is so simple. You plug it to a power source and that's it. This light has helped my dark moods, caused by endless cloudy weather. It worked within a couple of days with just 15 minutes use daily. I highly recommend this for S.A.D sufferers, or anyone with the "winter blues".

Order was delivered as promised but only one of the two sanitizing wands works. Have to figure out how to get the non working one replaced.

I ordered floor lamp on a Friday evening on December 14th. Gave me estimated arrival date on the 24th. I was concerned that it would not arrive in time for Christmas gift. The ordered shipped on 17th and I received regular emails update shipment during the week. I received the floor lamp today and wrapped it and it is under tree for opening on Christmas morning. Verilux makes quality product and I would purchase product from them again.
