Wonderful staff and prompt delivery. Excellent service.

I ordered this for my husband and he loves it! I made a mistake in ordering and emailed customer service. I got a prompt response and got the order switched. A day later, they informed me that one of the items was on back order and I could cancel that item or be upgraded to another item no charge. I opted for the upgrade and then mentioned I was hoping it would make it for Christmas. They upgraded my shipping and it was here in 2 days! Customer service was excellent and product is excellent!

Service was great. Travel wand broken right out of the box, disappointed. Needed it for a hospital stay, will return it when I return home this Friday.

My Happy Light Touch has been a good experience. Never knew of anything like it until my Dr recommended it! It gives me a bit more "zip" to get through the day.

I have used a Verilux floor lamp for years and I just purchased a new one.
I like the easy touch on and off buttons and the light is wonderful.

Their email made me laugh. I even shared it with all my friends.

Wow. The stand on my happy light breaks almost immediately and it’s almost $20 including expensive shipping for a replacement. Just wow.

This model is fine. I do prefer the older model that had a high/low switch. The most annoying thing for me is the sleek on/off button. While it looks very “Apple” it will not work with a timer, which was Such a convenient way to wake up.

Ok. So this is an honest update and edit. I posted the review below and got an extremely quick message and immediate refund - for the item and postage. Apparently a product ending up in Spain is very strange, or this has not happened to them before. The speed and the way this was addressed has significantly changed my perception of the company, for the better.
"Hello! I tried to cancel this right away, because I messed up the order, then was told cheerfully I could not - after it shipped - because they try to get things out fast. Also paid $46 and it has yet to show.... I think I ordered on the 18th... tracking tells me it took a jaunt to Spain.
Anyways. Never shopping with this company again. Hopefully it even arrives."

Very happy with this light, which seemed to have a positive effect right away. I had a really good experience with customer service, too, regarding an accidental extra shipment.

The whole family enjoys using the Verilux light.

I ordered light therapy equipment as a gift for somebody. When Verilux determined they were out of that model, they offered to send this person a more expensive model. I accepted this offer but was worried that because of the delay involved in this email exchange the gift may not arrive in time for Xmas. Verilux then unsolicitedly sent it by express mail. i am very impressed by this level of service! (The item is not for my use and it takes some time to obtain therapeutic effect, so i can't comment on its effectiveness.)

Once again I have received very good service and the quality products are exactly what I need. I would recommend this company's products to my family and friends.

I received an email after ordering saying my item was out of stock but they would upgrade me if that was ok. Wow! The correspondence felt personal - much appreciated. And, I ended up ordering the item again for another gift because she was so nice. There really are real humans still left in the world.
