Virgin Bet's own staff admit their Monopoly Live game has "visual stutters or jumps" - then blame your internet when you complain.
6 hours, ~400+ spins, 1 in 6 billion statistical anomaly (per their probabilities), wheel "stopped dead" twice at high multipliers before jumping to losing numbers and over that period two four rolls 29x combined (predatory game)
Their response (Jack M, Shift Manager, 2 Apr 2026):
"Visual stutters or 'jumps' can occur due to a variety of local factors (e.g., internet connection, device performance)"
So the wheel animation that shows you "almost" winning? That can just... glitch. But they claim the secret server result is still fair. You just can't see it. And they won't show you the logs to prove it.

The math they dismissed: 87.5% below expected bonus frequency over 6 hours. Probability: ~1 in 6 billion. Their verdict: "short-term variance."
The offer: £20 cash "goodwill gesture" after taking £250+.

This is what happens when you raise legitimate concerns about game integrity. They admit the display can lie, hide the evidence, and offer hush money.

Never did I believe that in all of the years I have been with virgin bet I would leave a one star review. It's bad enough to lower the rtp it's bad enough giving dead spin after dead spin five grand down is the highest I have ever been when playing my fav casinos greedy has taken over. I had a very frustrating experience with Virgin Bet and want to share what happened so others are aware.

I contacted support because I didn’t want to use their AI‑based biometric verification system. The automated assistant gave generic information, so I asked to speak to a human agent. After providing all my account details, the agent told me I must complete biometric verification to withdraw my funds.

I explained that I would never have signed up if I’d known biometric ID would be required. I deposited money, played, and won without being asked for any ID at all. Only when I tried to withdraw did they suddenly demand a video selfie and ID upload.

I asked why this wasn’t required at sign‑up and whether there was an alternative method (post, email, bank verification, etc.). They said no — biometric only.

I then asked for escalation. The manager simply repeated that their terms allow them to request ID “at any time” and that they can withhold funds until I comply.

I eventually asked for my account to be closed and for my balance (about thirty-five quid) to be sent to me. Instead of helping, they closed the account immediately, which now means I can’t even access the verification system if I wanted to.

So I’m stuck:

They won’t release my money without biometric verification

They closed my account before I could complete anything

They refuse to offer any non‑biometric alternative

I can’t log in to do what they’re demanding even if I changed my mind and went along with biometric verification

As others have reviewed on here, quick to take a deposit, but not so quick to pay out...
They were happy to take my deposit instantly, but only raised ID requirements when I tried to withdraw. The whole process feels unfair and poorly handled.

I’ve raised a formal complaint and will escalate it further if needed. Screenshots taken of all interactions as proof.

Here again is my proof that this site is a totally fixed , it really needs the gambling commission to take a look at this casino site these robbing thieves are taking and taking peoples money , Yes I made the mistake of keeping depositing money but I keet thinking surely this can’t keep going with no feature but it did !!. They run weekly promotions for VIP customers and then increase the staking rather than reduce the spins to get customers to spend more money. They use wage slips from over three years ago and don't request new ones. Monthly VIP loyalty is only based on losses and not loyalty. They allow 15 deposits in one day and don't see that as a red flag. If you want to be drawn into being a compulsive gambler and lose everything then this is the perfect company for you.

Used this online site for a while now, great odds on horse racing, football too, I found it hard to update my details, chatbot can be a nightmare, be better if you could actually talk to a customer representative instead, my favourite

The odds on horses are awful. Every horse is a shorter price than other sites. And they shorten most horses odds yet don't push out prices of others. Why would anyone bet with this company it's baffling. If you don't believe me compare the odds with other sites. You'll see I'm right.

I deposited 500.00 on Saturday.
Straight away my account was disabled.
They said i need to send documents. I sent them straight away. I phoned they said because of weekend it would be sorted Monday. Monday I phoned nothing happened. Yesterday on live chat they said they received them and documents and it iss verified, it will be activated within 48 hours from Monday 1pm. I took screen shot. Today again from live chat, they said they haven’t received it, i need to send the documents again. So I sent them screenshot them saying they received it.
The shameless liar on chat said: No problem you can contact our customer service.

It looks good with good promotions but I was banned from all promotions when only £25.00 up and banned from betting at all when £45.00 up. Basically you can only go on the site to lose, even a tiny winner/amount in profit and you are banned! Ludicrous and worst 'betting' website of all time. Don't bother with it unless your planning on being a loser!
Update - I emailed customer support and they provided a general response saying nothing they can do and they are not prepared to give any reason why they banned my account for being a tiny bit in profit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - A WASTE OF TIME!
