Tried this casino a few times now, yes you can get the scatter on Bg Bass or other games. I never got anythng more than £4.00 back from a lot of money played.
Everyone is right its a scam company. I know you are a business however none of the bonus games rounds pay anything. you must have setting to pay out minimal and to actually get the scatter or bonus rounds set to 98% loss.
I play on other sites had wins and losses but never as much as on Virgin Bet. AVOID if you dont mind just losing consistantly. You wont get the opportunity to actually feel the fun of gaming here.
The score on here says it all. very poor show from a large corporation. Yes you stay within the law and gambling comission but only just. I will never spend another penny on here. a good customer leaving you, i spend quite a lot of disposable income on gaming.
I await the response of we use RNG's and its highly regulated and none of the bonuses or scatters are guranteed blah blah blah. no matter what the team tell you its not right how they operate the business. Next will be the response we only host the games but what they dont tell you is the comission made from your losses. its big money.. millions each year. I will await a typical response that will try to quash the comments made.

I've used virgin bet for a while
I've used virgin bet for a while. The betting side is fine and once a week they give you a free £5 bet builder which is better than most sites offer so I'm grateful for that. The pay out is insant and uncomplicated which is always a bonus. The casino however, is without doubt the worst I've used. I float between 6 different sites and I stick to the same games so get used to the patterns. I never put in much. My usual habit on all sites is to play until I run out of money. Unless of coarse,I get a huge win which is a nice but rare occurrence so I'm not bitter about losing money as I always expect to lose it all no matter what site I'm on. If I had a bad session on one game I would put it down to an unlucky day but it's not the case
Every game I play on here is a joke compared to how the same games play out on other sites. If I get a decent win on sport betting a might sacrifice a couple of quid but I'll never again make a deposit to use the casino. Hopefully others will have a better experience but I'm not going to recommend.

Not Bad but avoid playing the Games
I joined VB as a backup to my other Horse Racing site and they're pretty good once you work out how they work. The main drawback is that they don't offer 3x the odds one winner in the Lucky 15s so it's crazy using VB for this purpose. That aside, everything works well. Avoid playing their games at all costs, as you will surely lose. This is the only site that will happily let you top up 60+ times without giving you a dime in return. How they get away with this is anyone's guess, but I guess they're cutting back in anticipation of the tax hike in April. Having said all of that VB is still one of the better sites out there.

What a crock of SH1T this site is a scam! Bonus round in big bass gave £2.44 after taking £45 bet money. Don’t think by saying you use the same regs as other site is a load of crap. Please don’t use this site it’s a scam. I play on many sites and get much better returns. They have such low payouts it’s criminal. I won’t use this site ever again. I have tried this site many times and never got close to to a payback on my stake let alone be up on my bet. I understand gaming and it’s a risk but every time I move played I lose I’m not talking once or twice bit every time.
