Spent 500 and had features once getting no lines of anything

They don’t like winners. I was up about £50 on horse racing, they reduced my maximum bet to less than 10p.
An absolute joke of bookmaker.

After giving Virgin countless chances back to the same ways no gameplay just stealing your money, a friend advised me that you can block casino games from your account so I tried and found they just closed the whole account,marvelous totally and utterly bloody corrupt!!!!

Problem after problem free
Bets not issued had to contact customer services to agree and sort out
Bet again on a Saturday because of £10.00 free bet if lost, free bet issued but could not use excessed bet limit
need to wait 72 hours for Customer services. I use different betting providers with no issues at all. will get this resolved and def not use again. I note others are not happy

Never pays out ,just keeps taking your money,not just today everyday,dont know how they get away with it

I have had to change my review from 4 stars to 1 star, started off well on this site had a few decent wins nothing big the odd £50-£60 profit but since the second week of playing I’m getting absolutely robbed depositing £30 - £40 a time and losing it either no bonuses and when you finally get one you only win a tenth of your deposit I played cash strike triple action for 5 days straight got it up to the X5 multiplier on 40p spins and only won £12.50 I put in £90 over those days again over this past 10 days playing the same game same stake I deposited £35 and only got back £2.55. Absolutely shocked at how they have just nuked the odds on my account no matter what game I play it just isn’t paying, I might play again I might not but if I do and I am treated fairly then I may remove this but until then the truth remains. If you win anything here never ever come back run as far away as you can as it is quite literally a deception to keep you coming back either that or an attempt of keeping auditors at bay by allowing a time frame before they meddle with the fair odds to unfair gameplay, it literally took me ten different days of consecutive losses to write this negative view I tried to bite my tongue but they really are taking the mick.

I opened an account and deposited £750 while being actively self-excluded.

Their system failed to protect me simply,
my name, Date of Birth, Full Postal Address, and Mobile Number were a perfect, 100% match with my self-exclusion details.

I have all the undeniable digital evidence and banking logs ready to be published, but Trustpilot rules prevent me from uploading images that expose personal registration details.I have already submitted a formal dispute to eCOGRA.

The company is currently hiding behind the standard 8-week bureaucratic delay to avoid paying what they shouldn't have accepted in the first place. I demand the immediate refund of my £750.

Won some money on the 26th of June. Still waiting for my funds. Numerous mails sent, calls made, logged a dispute with the Gambling Board, still no feedback from Virgin Bet.

Beware of so called settled bets, information is misleading and hides behind the small print. Casino rtps are low. If you start to win it won't last long. Not a trustworthy site.

Virginbet keeps taking away customers' money and does not allow their Slots and Games to payout. It's utterly outrageous and disgraceful.

Offered Rtp on the slots is just too low.
A 9% house edge is just to much.
Especially considering a slots rtp is based on over 100 million spins.

I didn't mention about expecting it to be a guarantee. I understand fully how it all works. Other online casinos offer a better rtp version then you do so running the 91% version compared to the say 94% version will yield more losing spins regardless of the rng as in simple terms there are more losing spins. I hnderstand you can't compete with the big boys but if you made your rtp fair then it would attract customers. Pretty simple really.

The 10 pence roulette is dodgy to say the least . Five number 23 out of 7 spins .. four consequitive number sevens .. Im sure if i bet on every number bar zero.. it would turn up zero .. avoid roulette

Placed a bet which was accepted, only minutes later my funds returned to account and no sign of the bet at all. Customer services simply said there must have been a technical issue as they can’t see the bet. Also my withdrawal is still pending from 8 hours ago. Most bookies pay you within an hour so if you want fast withdrawals definitely avoid

I seriously would not touch them with a Bargepole,their customer service is awful and they can just close your account at the drop of a hat without any reason. There's many more sites out there that are 100% better and if there was no stars i would have given them that just AWFUL !!!!

Don't use first time and regretted

Used to be great, fair winnings etc and games playing well but now does not let me withdraw and says its an issue with my bank when I've spoken to my bank several times and know 3 others that have had this issue with 3 different banks apparently. Virgin likes to keep the money in people's accounts so it gets spent back on site.

Loved Virgin Bet for years but last year they randomly suspended my account for no reason. It was a hassle to get it back (generally only bet on local football team).

Last couple of times I cant withdraw. They insist it is my bank, however my bank still allows deposits and also insists they are not rejecting any withdrawals (why would they not want the money back).

Spoke to virgin again who insists it is my bank and a issue purely my side. However, my partner banks with a completely different bank and guess what, she has the same issue.

Stupidly I went and used my winnings that I couldnt withdraw on betting on the football. So guess what, Virgins tactics stopping you withdraw works!!!

Myself and partner have again both one on free offers and the money shows withdrawn and then shows back into the account seconds later.

The bank confirm there is no attempt or decline their end.
