What a sham…
We've had Vodafone broadband for 4or 5 years,the prices have been creeping on, but at last on 26th August 2026, I've received email saying that now I'm eligible for renewal broadband for exciting £24/ month. The link, as usual, didnt work, so on 28th August I went to Vodafone Newbury shop for help. After having spent an hour or so at the shop, having spoken with technical people on the other end of the line, I was told that there was a problem that they couldn't explain and my best option was to go home and try on line later on, or even better to speak to someone. Later in the day, I spent another half and hour or so, but the girl couldn't help either. I was told that she had to raise the case and she promised to call me next day. The call has never came... However, during that time different offers for winning brand new Mazda, another broadband offer or renewing my mobile kept coming. After a week, on 6th September, I wrote a letter to the head of customer service at Newbury Headquarters asking to look into the situation and renew broadband contract at the offered price £24/month. Another 10 days
gone, and I am still waiting for the reply and the problem solved. In the meantime, the offers of "exciting news" are still coming. What a sham.!!!

I took out a contract with Vodafone…
I took out a contract with Vodafone five months ago and a new phone for which I'm paying for. I've had several issues with the phone like just trying to log in to account and several other accounts but I don't receive the code by sms to login. I have been on the phone for hours also in the local Vodafone shop.they agree the phone is faulty and said the only option is to send it away for repair which will take two weeks but they can not loan a phone to me in the meantime Unfortunately I'm 70 years old and need a phone for hospital and doctors messaging. They will not supply a spare phone which is i think is outrageous. They said otherwise take the phone to EE shop they will get it repaired and give me a phone to use while mine is repaired. Absolutely no customer care whatsoever. And why should I have to take it to a different company!!!.
I will never use Vodafone again
Absolutely diabolical company customer service is as bad if not worse.
Update, so now I have to contact them to make a official complaint, I've done that over the phone and in store on several occasions, I've got to contact them again this is what I'm saying about Vodafone customer service, absolutely diabolical if you have a problem. They just don't want to know.
Absolutely disgusting.!!!!!!
