Excellent communication with Scott Carrey in the Provisioning Team - which I would like to be recognised.

Lasantha spent the time to resolve our issue which was a small teething problem transfering to the new portal over a few days.

Very professional highly recomended.

Absolutely Horrific company to partner with.
I partnered up with Voiceflex to get into the broadband game as part of my group of established IT Companies.

From day one it was hell.
Sign up easy enough, and i had one customer to on board even before we'd got through that process.
First there was a problem with their courier, I'll give them their due thats when they went above and beyond to help, but thats when it stopped.
I signed up another store and my home office but due to the issues with their courier I decided to use my voiceflex routers, connected fine once the paperwork came through about the migration so i moved onto getting VOIP. and this is where is all started to fall apart.
they redesigned their system, so when i ordered a sip line one order didn't go through, so i was asked to try again, which forced both orders through (so one i didn't want)
Their instructions to a supported VOIP phone YEALINK 52P had no sign in details so i contacted support, sent the pdf that was generated by their site to them showing no account details, and very explicit steps i had taken to try and get the voip phones attached. The support guys didn't have a clue what i was on about even though the details were all in the support ticket (including the blank pdf i'd downloaded from the site. The support chap then told me that i hadn't reported on their helpdesk (even though i had several times) and gave him the support numbers i had been emailed.

And thats not even discussing the over billing and stress it has been to try and get this resolved by them (which it still isn't) not even the Directors care about these issues!
A member of finance cancelled a meeting that had been arranged minutes before it was due to start with no reason given.

Partner agreement.
They failed to deliver on their own contracts stipulations for providing training (again cancelled and eMails ignored) no customer service agreements given.

I will never ever use them again.

All communication with the team has been great!

Andrew Forster is epic (as always) and Scott in the porting team is amazing, nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent service from, Suki, who has been tasked with number porting for one of my clients. From the start it hasn't been straightforward dealing with the losing provider but, Suki, has far exceded my expectations helping getting it through and processed, which I am very thankful for... well done Voiceflex

Stuart is fantastic, really helped out with a porting issue We've been having getting a number across. Was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Steve was very helpful with a porting request that we currently have that is getting rejected. He took time to try and get to the bottom of why its getting rejected.

Suki has been helping me with a large porting project and has managed to save me a lot of time and energy - so grateful

Stuart has also helped me out with most of non-geo ports, not all of them have been smooth but he has always been there to help

Suki is fantastic, always helpful and looking to make things easier for us. Porting is a bloody nightmare at times especially on large projects. Something that the industry could massively improve on but whilst the likes of OFCOM scratch their heads on how that is done Suki continues to make our lives a little easier in getting our customers ported over.

Suki is always extremely helpful and understanding. Very quick to respond and assist with any issues. Fantastic service from both support and porting teams.
