I have dealt with Voiceflex for many years in different roles throughout the company ie Network, billing etc through all of these changes I’ve always found Katherine to go over and above any support questions I’ve asked, even though she may not be in that team. We recently had an issue with a billing file, I raised this with Katherine and it was resolved and re-issued within about 10 minutes! Billing can always be a stressful time during the month, so I felt this quick response and efficiency really should not go unnoticed! Thank you

I use the Voiceflex number porting regularly and everything always goes smoothly.

Usually most ports are simple, but I had a complex multi number ISDN30 port which presented a challenge as only one number had to be ported.

Suky guided me through the process and has given me confidence that the number port will proceed without any issues on the appointed date

Voiceflex have been quick to respond and easy to work with. There have been some tricky questions and situations where they have not been able to help with, but this seems to be down more to the limitations in scope rather than lack of willingness to help.

Steve on the porting team is truly an asset to your company. Going above and beyond to assist with a complicated porting, constantly keeping us up to date with daily updates and very quick to reply to any queries.
