Al final lo barato sale caro. Te envían el producto con altos costes de envío y para poder recibirlo además tienes que pagar aduanas. Ellos dicen que lo pone en la web pero como siempre con letra pequeña. No os recomiendo este sitio. Entre gastos de envío y aduanas he pagado lo mismo que costaba el producto. Os recomiendo
Ir do que lo compréis en España que aunque más caro os llega sin aduanas y más rápido.

I ordered an expensive turntable cartridge almost two weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. No human response to my repeated messages, just generic auto-replies asking for patience. Next step is to involve my credit card issuer and block payment. Although the price was right, any price is too high if you don’t get the product.

I ordered on the 26th December and it arrived today. I was gutted I couldn't bring back &honey from my time in japan in Nov but this website really pulled through. The items are so expensive here in the UK and you never know if it's legit. The packaging, the prices and the shipping speed are all amazing imo. I will be placing another order at some point in the next month on skin care 💕waafu for the win🫶🏻

Ordered from the UK on 2 December 2024, received order on 19 December 2024. Items arrived in perfect condition, meticulously and individually packed in bubble wrap. Highly recommend

Non acquistate su questo sito! Pur essendo tradotto molto bene, tutti i prodotti vengono dal Giappone e dovete pagare anche più del 60/70% tra IVA/VAT e dazio doganale.
Il venditore non specifica nulla nella pubblicità. Quindi, non comprate perchè non ne vale la pena.

Assurdo che vengano richieste tasse doganali non segnalate e addebitate al cliente.
Esperienza da evitare.
Dunque per ricevere un balsamo capelli € 7,00 circa vengono applicate le spese di spedizioni ( già di per se alte e pari a € 15,00) ma vengono richieste € 23,99 per tasse doganali.
Sito da depennare!

U cant cancel or amend once u order? And nobody contacted me for my inquiry thru their chat tho they said will email me later in their business hrs! I feel suspicious if they r legit or not.

Paczka została wysłana niemal natychmiastowo, a w ciągu zaledwie 4 dni była już u mnie z Japonii. Kosmetyki dobrze zabezpieczone i dobrze zapakowane. Bardzo polecam! Dobre ceny jak za taką jakość i prace!

I use it for business. Since the actual shipping cost is applied, you can buy more cheaply by purchasing in bulk. It also works well when selling on Amazon.

Already ordered snacks for a few times, and im absolutely satisfied by they service. The wonderfully and carefully wrapped package was here in 5 days with DHL, and they was even kind enough to undervalue the package so my corrupt, messed up country cant charge me with the extra 27-40% fee/tax. :)

Don’t order to this website, as you will be facing scam issue!
I ordered an item and paid the regular delivery fees (already expensive) and was asked by DHL to cover an unreasonable custom fee (making the final price of the item much more expensive than anywhere else in the world : filter for Kangen K8 machine).
I indeed never received the item from DHL which let stuck in their custom dept and advised PayPal through claim case.
Nothing is mention clearly on their website about deliveries and customer rights.
Avoid ordering from them or you’ll be facing issue with final price to pay.
