Nos sorprendió gratamente el magnifico servicio proporcionado por Wafuu. Tras realizar la compra, nos informaron sobre la diferencia de voltaje entre Japón y España e incluso nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cancelar la compra. Nos indicaron que para no romper el electrodoméstico, necesitaríamos un transformador. Seguimos su consejo y estamos encantadísimos con nuestros productos adquiridos por la plataforma.
Tienen precios excelentes, son totalmente fiables y puedes ver el progreso de tu envío en todo momento. Si hay un producto japonés que queréis importar, sin día ninguna, está es la mejor plataforma posible, es totalmente recomendable. Mi único consejo es tener paciencia con FedEx España.

Don't buy from wafuu. Bought Sony Reon 4 and can't use. They refused to refund. Customer service sucks and really can't make it.

Great service! I ordered a clipper from them and it arrived in just 5 days (from Japan to the UK!). Although at first I was very doubtful, because there are almost no reviews about them on the network, besides, their price was much lower than others. However, it turned out that the company is absolutely trustworthy. I recommend!
P.S. I usually don't order from other countries if there is an opportunity to buy nearby to avoid a long "carbon footprint". However, this time I needed a rather rare model, which I found all the way in Japan with the best price - right on this site.
